  At the George Brown ( no relation) event on Sunday 13th Aug at East Kirkby.  My own 350cc Norton which did not like the reverse cone megaphone exhaust at all.   The JAP powered bikes of John Young Cyclops   Nero on loan from the national motorcycle museum...

  I find the cylinder head on the old Norton can be difficult. Valve guides can work loose rather too easily for my liking.   The shape of the inlet port is poor though the exhaust seems far better in design.
