The Journal of Early Modern Studies is published in Romania. Even though it is not exclusively dedicated to Renaissance studies, I mention this here, because it maintains consistently high standards and I would be sorry to see it go (disclaimer: they published a book review of mine, that should not alter your judgment). The present crisis hits hard, so I would ask you to consider a recommendation to your university librarian.
