Lancaster University Ghana has hosted a high-level research and enterprise development event to bring together Lancaster University staff with representatives from academia, business, the government in Ghana and the wider West African area.
The purpose of the Africa-Lancaster Springboard for International Collaboration is to develop plans for research-led projects between the University and partners in Africa.
This Springboard event is being funded by the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC) under the Research Councils’ Global Challenges Research Fund. Read more http://bit.ly/2fuWlWA

Exactly 2 years ago, Lancaster University in the United Kingdom inaugurated its first branch campus in Africa. “The organization shares in the vision of creating a network of branch campus experience in Africa through quality teaching, state of the art infrastructure, research led curriculum, and innovation in delivery of curriculum”. Rakesh Wahi, (Founder and Co-chairman of Transnational Education Limited) said the inauguration day. Happy 2nd Anniversary Lancaster University Ghana!! Transnational Education (TNE) Africa Co. Ltd. through TNE Ghana Limited is pleased to announce that it has received an International Higher Education accreditation from the British Accreditation Council (BAC), making it the first and only education provider on African mainland to have attained the accreditation.
