This fine Pasadena establishment provides a melding of cuisines in one hip environment. From my one experience at this particular LGO (I’ve been to a couple of their other establishments), I can tell you that their service is good and their offerings tasty. The salads they have are inventive or, at least, more creative than the normal run of the mill. Don’t miss the English muffins, even if you’re avoiding filling up on carbs. Really, how often does the opportunity present itself to have fresh English muffins? Thought so.

I have visited this restaurant several times and thought it might be a good idea to share my feelings about my experiences. The food here is not amazing, but the service that I have always received is. I think it's important to not be made to feel like you have to leave a tip when the service is not good at all, but the service I have received from this place has always made me feel like I never left enough. With all the restaurants around it's nice to know that there are still places where customer satisfaction is important.

My wife and i have officially designated LGO as our "date night" location when we want to get out for a nice meal. The staff here is amazing. The bartenders at Luggage room are some of the most personable people I have met in the food service industry. Mike, (manager/server?) is awesome! ask for him and you will get great service, a guy with an awesome personality, and amazing food to boot. I really cant say enough about this place..

A Pasadena gem in my opinion and a total value for the price. Across the street from the city park and right off old town. Upscale restaurant that can be found at the Del Mar gold line station. They always have valet out, but it's a quick walk if you're already in old town. If it's not too chilly out be sure to eat on the patio, it's great and lined with plenty of heaters. You'll be greeted by a friendly space and have line of sight to the kitchen. Solid wine selection and a handful of specialty cocktails. The French sailor is a hibiscus infused rum drink that tastes a little bit like xmas. In terms of entrees, I've had the Ahi tuna tacos on multiple occasions and they were delicious. Fresh made corn tortillas, great cuts of ahi and delicious kale salad and guacamole to top it off with. Chips, salsa and guac is tasty and you won't be disappointed with ahi tuna. People swear by the white sangria pitchers but be forewarned it's a little on the sweet side. I was disappointed by the olive oil cake and our server was quick to take care of it. Even better, he didn't pester us about a replacement. A couple quick tips: Free home made chocolate chip cookies on your way out that were dabbed with a bit of sea salt. You'll find them on a plate with a glass serving lid by the exit Go there on Monday's, I believe the special is your second entree is $5 which is a killer deal.
