The only reason I give this place two stars is because they serve booze and it has a nice setting. I've been here once and would not go back. Service is slow and impersonal, and the food is a joke considering the size of the crowds that come here. If a restaurant is only going to offer two items, they better be outstanding. I had chicken and beef fajitas, which were dry and tough. And why the hell is a business this size cash only? That's inconvenient and a hassle for customers. If you live in Fort Worth, you can throw a stick and hit ten better Mexican restaurants than this place.

Love Joe T's! This is the only place my Husband and I go. If you know the menu you can order anything you want. I have the chicken tortilla soup and my Husband has the beef quesadillas. Love the people who own and run the restaurant and their servers. We always come away full and happy!

Beautiful atmosphere, but food wasn't anything special. Our service wasn't very good, and for first time visitors, the whole no menu thing is a little annoying. Considering that you are required to pay cash, it would be nice if you knew prices before you ordered. As popular as the restuarant is, there is no reason for them to not accept cards. There is much better Mexican food around town.

Their 'two menu items' at dinner are amazing -- their margaritas are awesome -- strong, delicious and good value for what they are! All of their ingredients are excellent also. Paying with cash can be a pain -- be prepared. For all of the naysayers -- I'm so sorry. Because the restaurant is so large and there are so many people on staff -- I'm afraid you may have been given food that WAS dry and you may have received something that would make you think that it was an 'off night'. We have had those too -- and we've sent them back! We've actually had ONE STAR food at Joe T's -- politely requested that they remake our food to taste like it should -- and received excellent food in return. Joe T's is an AMAZING restaurant with some extremely delicious food -- they have their own style on their seasonings -- and there's amazing value as two can split their fajitas. Our family loves Joe T's and we've been at least 3 dozen times in the past ten years.

Great food and great ambiance. I was there as part of a large party and we had an amazing time! The tacos were delicious, enchiladas amazing and the beef fajitas were unreal (so tender and full of flavor)! The home made guacamole was excellent and we also enjoyed the chips and salsa. I highly recommend this Ft. Worth staple! As Mexican food snobs I can definitely say this hit the mark!

Best. Fajitas. Ever. If you are in Cowtown this place is a must! Be prepared to wait to sit outside, but locals know u can sit within moments sitting inside.
