I LOVE Carrabbas! This one was not very good at first. The 4 of us walked in. The sweet hostess greeted us immediately. Good so far. She asked if we would like to sit in a booth in the bar. We didn't know why not. We found out shortly after being seated when we almost jumped out of our skin. People sitting at the bar were screaming. Literally! A ball game was on. Periodically during the entire time we were there they screamed. Very unpleasant. Then I noticed the bar tender was quieter, but he was one of them! Then my steak came out rare really rare! I asked for medium to well! The waiter was very nice and took care of it toot sweet. So I guess it was a bad with more good experience. Still will not return to this particular Carrabbas. I'm a truck driver, I can go to other Carrabbas.

Not sure what really the bad reviews are about it going down hill or expensive or small portions. It's not the best Carrabba's it's not the worst. The food was good, the service was excellent, price was reasonable. The only drawback was they aren't serving liquor or wine temporarily.

Very disappointed! We have been a fan of Carrabba's since it's opening some 15 years ago in Knoxville. Sad to say we have noticed on our visits there that the restaurant has gone down hill. Last night was the final straw. The dipping oil was so salty it was inedible, the waiter said it was all premade and we could basically take it or leave it. The chicken soup again was so over seasoned with pepper. I had the Tag Pac Shrimp. After searching the miniscule portion of pasta I found 5 tiny very over cooded shrimp. My wife got the Spiedino Di Mare- shrimp. We were completely shocked when the dish came out with again a miniscule portion of pasta and 8 tiny shrimp the size of a quarter at most. She sent the dish back and the manager came over and agreed that yes, the shrimp were small and she would get us more. The additional 4 shrimp they brought out were just as tiny. The server seemed rushed and inattentive, we never got the bread we ask for. Since their remodel the place has all the atmosphere of a high school cafeteria. To add insult to injury when we got home and looked at the itemized bill. We were charged and extra $1.00 on the Spiedino and an extra $.90 on the Tag Pac according to the price on the menu. This will be our last visit to what used to be our favorite restaurant.

Stopped in for an ealy dinner. Geanii was our server. He was incredible. He made some fantastic recommendations for both wine and food. The linguini w/clams was wonderful, and it was one of the eat and take specials. I now have a complete meal for tonight. I know we will be going back soon, and will request Geanii.

Always a great dinner and atmosphere. Enjoy sitting at the pizza bar...Mike B is awesome! I have noticed over the years prices have gone up and portion sizes smaller. For instance, once I ordered the grilled chicken (regular size, not small) along with a side...and when it was brought out, the portions were so small, my plate literally looked half empty. My server immediately noticed my shocked look initially and asked what was wrong...I said "Is this all of it"? My shock was that it really looked like a child-size portion. Server apologized and brought another piece of chicken to compensate for what was obviously lacking. Menu options are always good and plenty to choose from. I hope they take into consideration their prices-to-portion ratio going forward.

My experience at Carrabba's can only be described by one word, a word I reserve for the highest of accolades, and that is Exquisite. Carrabba's has fantastic staff, I personally had an incredible waiter, received quick service, was given special attention due to my food allergies and finally, enjoyed a chicken entree that was perfect, another word I do not use lightly. A word I have never used to describe an entree. My entree was cooked and seasoned incredibly which is not an easy task. All these factors and more earn Carrabba's my highest recommendation.

Service was good. Food was decent. A little better than Olive Garden. Typical chain Italian.
