Randi Golub, Certified Veterinary Technician and owner of Cat Nurse on Call, will teach this fun and informative Pet First Aid and CPR course.

• Approach an ill or injured animal and make an initial assessment 
• Check for breathing and/or pulse 
• Perform rescue breathing 
• Perform CPR
• Perform the Heimlich maneuver
• Recognize common pet illnesses 
• Make a pet first aid kit
• Administer medications

Clients frequently ask what makes us different when performing surgeries. Our answer we provide the best care available to prevent unnecessary risk when your pet is under anesthesia. An example of this is constant monitoring of body temperature and using warm air or water blankets to keep pet's body temperature in the normal range as a part of our comprehensive monitoring care.
