I had my birthday dinner here last weekend. Setting up a reservation was very simple and they nicely accommodated our group of 10. The points system is a nice bonus. I don't find the food to be anything special. They have a few tasty dishes, but for the most part the menu is underwhelming. I actually enjoy their appetizers more than the meal selection. The seasonal beer is always worth a try. Overall it's a nice casual atmosphere, we go every now and then.

Friendly, attentive staff. Reasonable food, large selection of decent beer. Strongly disagree with the reviewer who said the pizza isn't deep dish, that thing is thick. I could only eat half of my 12" pizza. True that there is no crust, so not Chicago style, but it does say that on the menu. There is also a selection of thin base pizza that may cause confusion.

Always good food and drink. Relaxed cozy environment that is great for a casual date or drinks after work.

They were really busy but you would have never known it. The staff was extremely efficient and friendly. Our menu selections came out in a timely manner and was top notch! We will definitely be back! A great restaurant in Tucson!

I like the place. Go to restaurant when family is in town and you want to take them somewhere nice yet still casual. Big restaurant for sure, love that there's outdoor and indoor seating. I've gone there as a date and time with a group of about 15 people. Great service everytime. The menu is huge, reminds me of Cheesecake Factory. You have to try a pizooki, the best dessert! I also love the point system, it's nice to be rewarded for visiting often.

Wife had 1 maui maui and 1 shrimp taco. Claims they were the best she'd ever had. I had soup and sandwich both were fine.

My husband used to work at Bjs on Broadway and Cray croft. He left because one manager named Josh was mistreating him.He wouldnt let my husband leave on time and would announce out loud to everbody that he would have to clean every single station before he could go.When other managers see that he's done with his work, they'd let him go because his job for the day is already done. The day that he left,he accused my husband of selling coCaine which was very unprofessional and no he doesn't do that.My husband was good at what he did and loved his job but one person just had to ruin it.He was very hardworking and was training for a blue hat.A lot of the managers were looking forward to seeing him grow but I guess one person didn't want any of that to happen.A lot of employees have already left because of stupid reasonstuff and he's one of them.Maybe you should look into that and see why good employees always leave...
