The others reviews are a bit of comical. It is a spacious, very comfortable and modern facility. Has good sound for large concerts as compared with other large venues. I attend it more often for sporting events. The Creighton men's basketball team has its home games at the CenturyLink and has been in the top ten nationally for average attendance for NCAA basketball.

I'm very disappointed with centurylink. I have been jumping through hoops just for internet. If my issues are not resolved by today, I am demanding a full refund. It should not take a week to set up internet. I never had this problem with cox. I'm considering dropping centurylink for cox.

I don't write a lot of reviews, but the customer service has been so poor from Century Link that I felt compelled to let others know. I have never found a company as large as Century Link to be so completely inept. With today's generally poor customer service levels across many industries, Century Link manages to take things even lower - and by more than just a little. We've had conversations with no less than half a dozen customer service people, and none have been able to solve our issues. They're poorly trained, some are unprofessional, and they can't even see the same thing on their computer screens - that's if their computers are even working. You would think of all the computers out there that the ones at the internet service company would work. We've logged over 5 hours on the phone trying to get help and we've been hung up on while being transferred multiple times. We've tried the online chat, calling on the phone, and contacting them by email. Someone even closed our account at some point without our permission...our TV's stopped working and a UPS box showed up for us to ship everything back to them. We had to completely set our account up again, and when we did the bill doubled. When we called to inquire, they couldn't explain why the amounts were different. You may be tempted to switch from Cox to Century Link to save a few bucks. But if you want your bill to be right and for your service to work, don't switch. Trust me, it's just not worth it.

Century Link is normally a pretty decent arena to go to events. Parking can be a bear, I usually park off site, downtown, or get a ride. Also, Be sure that you have correct and confirmed documentation of your orders/tickets. When I went to Brad Paisley, I had my Ticketmaster confirmation order and credit card readily available and the MECA ticket office told me that order had been voided, that I was never charged, and after going around and around with MECA I ended up having to buy a whole new set of tickets through them just to get in. It was a whole fiasco with Ticketmaster that could have been avoided. (Doubly charged and neither place will refund either order.) The concert was fun and that particular instance will not stop me from going there again, I will just be doubly sure my ducks are in a row next time.

Empty as always. What a waste of taxpayer's money!

This place blows. More like a big barn and the seats are tight and leg room tighter. Not a good place to have to see a basketball tourney. Personnel are rude and stodgy too. Hey, Omaha rethink your arena.
