Amazing, great place to eat the experience is fantastic the service is on top of it and make sure you get the best of making sure your getting the best meal and pairing. Don't think it's just water and noodles the process in preparing the delicious hearty broth is lengthy and labor intensive. The guy's also take pride in the process making sure it's the broth is slowly cooked so each ingredient releases the right flavor or absorbs what it should. Their was a process being performed by a new staff member that started when I was was seated that 30 minutes later when I was walking out was still being manually performed now by the person who was originally teaching. Pride in the preparation! Enjoy

Overrated. One hour in line for a good but not special soup. There must be more places that serve the same without the hype. Liked the rock music haha (rage Against the machine, nirvana, rhcp) It's not bad at all, but not worth an hour in line!

My boyfriend and I had read on Guan's negative comment but decided to ignore it and give this ramen restaurant a try. This was a BIG mistake. We had a very similar experience to Guan as we wanted for 2 hours for such average, over publicized and overly hyped up ramen. My boyfriend ordered the mega ramen and I ordered 2 pork buns. The waitress just looked at us and even questioned why I didn't order a ramen for myself. The pork buns contained a chunk of fat with very little meat. Once again, similar to Guan, the waitress called us back and demanded a specific amount for the tip. Rule of thumb - NEVER AGAIN.

Miso ramen and mega pork ramen were both delicious. Barely a 5min wait at 3 pm. Got extra bamboo shoots and noodles. Huge amount of pork in mega. I thought the pork in my miso was mostly fat. Not the cleanest and super crowded/loud - but delicious. 9-11 regular ramen $15 mega. Chicken based broth was yummy.

A tiny, basement-level ramen shop tucked away in Hell's Kitchen, Totto Ramen specializes in chicken broth-based ramen bowls. They offer a limited selection of appetizers (buns, rice bowls, etc.) to complement their ramen. The Chicken Paitan is creamy, savory, and not too heavy; they also offer spicier versions as well as a vegetarian option and a mega option that comes loaded with meats. Be prepared to wait in line and make sure to bring cash!
