I made my tea bread (it's a lovely treat) with honey instead of brown sugar for the first time yesterday. It came out beautifully. I found a recipe on Holland and Barratt website which, apart from the honey, was the same as the recipe which has been handed down to me from my Grandma.

I try to include regular walking in to my week and aim for an average of 7,000 steps per day rather than the recommended 10,000. This is because I do gym workouts too which, obviously, aren't counted as steps as a lot of the exercises are stationary or just stay in one spot.
