I believe in helping my clients make educated decisions about legal matters, and provide those services in an affordable manner.
I grew up in Kansas City, and attended law school at Washburn Law School in Topeka, Kansas. Upon graduation, I served as an Assistant County Attorney for nearly two years prior to relocating to Indiana.
I maintained a general practice in Indiana for 27 years, handling matters as diverse as aviation accident litigation and bankruptcy. During that time I was an adjunct professor of business and aviation law as well as assistant county attorney.
In 2006 I relocated to Phoenix, and after becoming a partner with an estate planning law firm, I decided to open my own practice in 2015. I focus my practice on estate planning, special needs planning, wills, trusts, powers of attorney, guardianships and conservatorships, family law and bankruptcy.
I am married and have two children currently attending college. When not practicing law, I enjoy photography.
