We have so many patients that use and enjoy the benefits of Chin Gel. It helps relieve their sore, aching muscles quickly. The coolness to warmth feeling is refreshing and it feels like a lotion with no greasy residue and a pleasant natural scent.

Now is the time to replenish your supply or try this wonderful pain reliever. Don't let sore muscles keep you from enjoying your summer!

"Fed Up" is a new documentary hosted by Katie Couric that was released at the beginning of May. I have posted a short article and the trailer for you to watch.
Some posted reviews;
" Fed Up is imperative viewing for just about anyone in America who is currently eating food."
"We are eating ourselves into oblivion; talk about an inconvenient truth. When will we notice? More importantly, when will we do something about it?"

Maybe everyone needs to see this movie and make the decision on how to be healthier.

I just received this email from an online publication we receive at the office. Getting to know some of you and your love of gardening I thought this might be an article/video you might find useful.

When Frank sees patients, there are times that he will say "stick out your tongue!" The reaction is usually, "Really" or "Gross"
In TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) the tongue plays a major roll in diagnosing and treating patients. It can present strong visual indicators of a person's overall harmony or disharmony.
