I had been a OPPO Fan ever since I got in touch with OPPO N1. It's been a 'WOW' brand ever since.. So N1 mini become my favourite and when the N3 with the rotating camera launch.. I immediately fall in love with it. And it's always able to impress my customer and friends! BUT... I think I will bid farewell to not only N3 but to @opposingapore. Y? Still remember I bought the N3 at 1st May 2015. Who knows on 1st June 2015, OPPO announced the N3 warranty is extended to 24mths warranty!
My N3 recently got some touch screen problem which I read from forums it's a common problem for this model. So I send a email to firstname.lastname@example.org to seek help, believing that OPPO will help their OPPO FANS. But the TRUTH is, that's my own wishful thinking!!
This is what they replied:
"As to revert your question, indeed with OPPO care is 2 years warranty implemented for certain devices and we have checked on our system your phone (N3) is bought from 1-May-2015, unfortunately period with OPPO care is activated at 1-June-2016 til 31-May-2016 hence due to the period as you bought the phone it is not recognized OPPO care but only with normal warranty which is the term and conditions cover 1 year warranty for more details kindly visit our website here is the OPPO warranty specific link for your kind reference http://www.oppo.com/sg/events/up-to-2-years-warranty.html
Then I send them a reply to appeal, Guess what!?
