The Mark's food and drinks are amazing. My wife and I love going there every time. Lisa the owner is great as well. We've both been very happy with our dining experiences there and will continue to go again and again.

I had an amazing cocktail called "The Lady From Shanghai" and it is so delicious. Coconutty refreshing fun!! This restaurant is really great for a nice dinner out or a laid back cocktail.

The food was pretty good, the best I've had so far in Olympia (accustomed to Seattle restaurants). The service was very decent, they were attentive but not overbearing. I had 4 courses (antipasti, salad, entree, dessert) and a few drinks. Split with 5 people it was about $30 each, which I find reasonable based on the quality. I will be back. I would love if they would ban smokers from the outside seating area, but cest la vie.

A friend, his two children, and I had dinner here and had a fantastic experience. The owner was very knowledgeable and helpful in choosing items. We both had the pasta with beef and it was delicious!

Fresh food and fresh cocktails can't be beat. The atmosphere and staff are also superb! I think this is the perfect place to bring people from out of town to show them how Washington does local and organic. I suggest making reservations -- not that the restaurant will be packed but it will help them know how many people to staff, making better service for you :)

Tried to get me drunk after making fun of me and called me unimportant on the way out. 3.7 and dwindling.

How could we, why did we - at the last minute decide against eating at (xxxxxx) and instead try The Mark??? Sitting next to a freezing front door with an invisible waitress, the food arrived a full 1.5hrs later luke warm and lacking. The table seating was angled and situated just close enough so customers and waitresses alike had to brush against your shoulder passing through - every time. The unattended unisex bathrooms guarantee lucky women a puddle of pee to sit on. Lastly, I'm not looking for a 3,000 calorie cardiac arrest with a to-go-box but... If the 2nd most expensive entree on the menu is three small strips of steak and eight baby potatoes, at least have the decency to annotate the term "petite", or something to that effect on the menu. The best part was the well-priced drinks; too bad my waitress forgot to bring my Capecod.
