Jesse Webb from the Volkswagen sales department had helped me a lot during my process trading in my used 2004 Audi and selecting a newer vehicle. I went to the dealership at least five times, and each time the experience was great. I took the used vehicle I was buying to a mechanic for a buyers inspection and it was in great condition. The dealer was also able to offer me two months of limited warranty. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

I came to Jesse Webb after calling him and touching base with what I was looking for and what I thought I could afford after doing some research, keeping in mind I am an extremely skeptical person when it comes to car dealers. I came in with an open-minded attitude and after talking about all my available options with Jesse, I ended up in a pristine 2012 Volkswagen with 26,000 miles UNDER the monthly payments I had anticipated since my credit had been messed up in the past few months. I also, surprisingly, received a much lower interest rate through Volkswagen than I was offered through my personal bank that I have been with for over ten years and have gotten multiple loans through and paid off without any incident. After everything was said and done, I walked away very satisfied, I got a free tank of gas even though it was a used vehicle and they usually only do that with new vehicles, and I get free car washes as long as I have the vehicle. I have also been in contact with Jesse since the purchase with random questions and he, as well as the rest of the staff, have been more than happy to assist me with my questions and concerns whether loan related, insurance assistance or unlimited car wash questions. I have nothing but good things to tell all my friends about the level of customer service I have received and would recommend them to anyone I meet without hesitation.

Bruce Andree is one of the best salesman I have ever worked with. Friendly, knowledgeable and honest. I would refer all my friends and family to him!

(Long but worth every word!) After driving my last car for 12 years (and 249,000 miles) I decided it was time to start looking for a replacement...a task much dreaded. After visiting several local dealerships and becoming extremely disheartened (mostly due to the salesmen upholding the reputation we all expect) I decided to go outside of my home town. For whatever reason, I was led to Napleton’s. Upon approaching the dealership, a young man was standing at the door waiting to assist – not to pounce - but to “assist”. That’s when I met, and made, a new friend….TeVaugh Brownlee!! He spent the entire afternoon/evening helping me decide what car would be best for me. He was knowledgeable about every car that I drove (and there were several)! What I most appreciated was that he was respectful, sincere, had a wonderful sense of humor (and smile) and the fact that he worked diligently to help me find the car I “WANTED” within my budget. While TeVaugh was my main contact, I found the other staff at Napleton’s to be the same – kind, respectful, helpful and always with a smile! I can’t say enough good things about Napleton’s and the staff except that, during my experience, I felt like I was at home away from home! Since my purchase, TeVaugh has followed up to be sure I am happy with my car and to see if I had any questions. Napleton’s gets five stars from me and I’d recommend anyone wanting a great “car buying experience” to drive any extra mile(s) to this dealership! And, ask for TaVaugh – you won’t be disappointed!! (NOTE: The dealership is closed on Sunday so staff can be with family – isn’t this great!!)

Pushy salesmen, typical used car dealership (the used lot) almost purchased a nice honda accord last year but they wouldn't budge on the price, they are too proud of their cars and never give you a deal. This dealership is for the buyers who just want the best they can get with a monthly payment. The only reason they are still in business is because people are too lazy.

Went to the kia service department to get a recall done. On the way home my car (2014 Forte)acted different (like it was losing power) by Sunday it was stalling and the oil light was coming on. I stopped driving it called the dealer ship and had the car towed to them. They ended up telling me that I need an oil change and that the oil filter was defective. I had the oil changed 3 months prior to that and had been driving it with no problems until I had the recall done at Obrien's. My husband has a Ford and he had his oil changed the same place and at the same time as I did. HE did not have any problems. I also had synthetic oil in the car. They never called me to inform me about the problem -they just did the work and then used regular oil instead of synthetic oil. When I called Chuck (who was filling in for Drew that day, billed me 218.00 for the diagnostic testing and for the oil change. I WARN EVERYBODY TO BE CAREFUL ABOUT DEALING WITH THIS BUSINESS.

I dealt with O'Brien in mid-October on a lease of a Hyundai. This is the second time in 12 months I've had to replace a vehicle, and the second time I've wound up at O'Brien after shopping around. We've also worked with two different salespeople (the first one, Jess Collins, got promoted - and the one I worked with this time, Arthur Lake, works at a relaxed, no pressure pace. Both are excellent). They are the ONLY dealership in this area who has not applied high pressure tactics trying to get me to apply for a vehicle when my wife or I were shopping around - and they are the only dealership that, once we decided on a vehicle, put any effort into actually getting into our budget range with vehicles that met our needs on both occasions. In addition, my wife with her vehicle from O'Brien (a Mazda), has had stellar experiences each time with the service department during routine maintenance visits. Yes, other dealers might be a couple thousand cheaper for similar vehicles, but for the quality of service and the no-pressure sales experience that they've given us twice in 12 months, they'll be our first stop from now on. I've no problem paying a little extra for the quality of service that we've gotten from them. Oh, yes - the vehicles I've wound up with are excellent, as well.
