Menu

As the glass elevator whisks you more than ten stories above The Strip's glitter and glow, anticipation grows: This is not just another French restaurant. When you reach the rich, quiet, glass-walled dining room and busy display kitchen, you realize this is much more than a flashy Vegas eating spot, as well. As you gaze along the windows ringing the room and see the dancing water of the Bellagio Fountain, you realize you are in for a treat. While you choose from the seductions of Chef-Proprietor Jean Joho's tasting and à la carte menus and scan the lists of his meticulously collected wines, it is clear that you are about to enjoy a meal whose pleasures will linger well beyond the moment. But it isn't until you've seen, smelled, and tasted his modern interpretations of classic French cuisine that you will fully appreciate why his genius is so widely and enthusiastically sought after. It's not a meal; it's an experience to treasure for years. For reservations or more information call 702-948-6937 or visit www.eiffeltowerrestaurant.com

Beautiful romantic restaurant. The food is decent but the view is breathtaking. Many of the seats faces and open-towards the window and since the restaurant is located right across the street from the Bellagio, every 30 minutes you can watch the dancing fountains show while you're eating. Food is traditional French, nothing spectacular. The service is okay but also nothing special.

The Eiffel Tower Restaurant, it was a thing of beauty when it was in it's prime. I believed it was a world-class restaurant; what emerged later into the night was by far the worst experience I ever had at a restaurant! I've been coming here since 2007 and I've never had an issue until my recent venture. The scenery was almost worth the trip a few flights above the main strip. On the elevator ride, a person could easily experience vertigo if he or she intended to. The reconfirmation phone call seemed like there was an issue with my reservation; when I called, the women that answered seemed immensely rude! WTH, why treat a customer like that? Our server was fairly courteous and our drinks were adequate. However, he seemed like he was rushing us since we did not order dessert...DESSERT!!!I also got sick after eating here; a first in Vegas for me! Also, I don't want to get into the explicit details of my abysmal evening. However, I'm hoping the owner will contact me soon. I don't believe I'll be returning and I can't recommend anyone venturing this place anymore. If you want to pay a lot of money for terrible food and service, then come here...

So if you're gonna do the whole "Vegas experience," you may want to include the Eiffel Tower Restaurant as part of it. My company held a dinner here in their private room. One pet peeve of the room is the huge column that divides the space, which can create awkward ducking or hitting your head. The private room does not have a great view of the Bellagio fountains, but does have a nice view overall. There is a minimum you need to spend to reserve the room, not sure of the price, but price per person (sans vin) came to about $100 each, not including tax, tip and all those other extras that can get tacked on. The prix fixe meal started with: * Blue Cheese Soufflé Pudding w/ Walnut, Pecan, Petite Salade - Interesting. Kind of like Boursin meets Jello. About the size of a small ramekin, it went well with a baguette. Great salad! * Tuscan Kale Salad w/ Door County Dried Cherries, Quinoa Croutons, Toasted Pecans - Okay, so technically one could call this gluten free! And the kale salad was a nice counterbalance to provide all the antioxidants one needs when in Vegas. Why do we have to know the cherries are from Door County? I don't know. Where is Door County? Again, I don't know. Very fresh salad, the tang of the cherries provided just the right "bite." * Sautéed Wild Salmon w/ Quinoa Summer Beans, Tomato, First Pressed Olive Oil - This is what I'm talkin' bout! Perfectly done, beautifully prepared salmon that melted in your mouth. Wild salmon can sometimes have a more "meatier" taste that farm-raised due to the lower fat content, but this was spectacular. * Eiffel Tower Classic Crème Brûlée - La pièce de résistance! Very large serving for a crème brûlée - could be easily shared, in my opinion. No one could finish theirs. Loved the caramel decor that graced the top. All in all, it's a very romantic setting. Taking the elevator up makes you feel...special, for lack of a better word. Would I come again? Mais, oui!

Loved this place. Its crazy how you have to go through the kitchen to get into restaurant. It's really private. The menu is nice and simple. And the view is simply marvelous. You can see the water show at Bellagio if you get a good seat.

They have a nice view, great service, and a great steak. Not much else to say aside from it's a bit annoying to get a reservation and have to wait to come up to the Eifel Tower and they wait very long to seat you. Oh well that might be so people can enjoy the whole experience and the view a bit more.

Mmm Foie Gra over steak over slightly fried potatoes? Cheesy Bread? Pistachio Souffle? And a view of the dancing waters of Bellagio? Okay I suppose I really asked these questions with no real answer. But the answer should be: Spectacularly romantic. I went with a dear friend of mine and we had a blast with this sorta creepy but attentive waiter. It made us miss our significant others dearly, but then made us forget about them when delicious food arrived. They really thought out the entry as you take the elevator up and walk through the kitchen before arriving at the dining area. It was great to be able to have a quick glance of the ingeniousness of the people creating our meals.
