Happy Valentine's Day! ❤️

Hearty new Blue Plate and Seitan Cutlet Specials start tonight, just in time for this chillier weather. Both are test-drives for their debut on our regular menu by the end of the month!

LOADED MAC 'N CHEESE (Blue Plate):
Your choice of our #vegetarian or #vegan Mac 'n Cheese, loaded with Button Mushrooms, Caramelized Onions, diced house-made Chick'n Seitan, Peas, Broccoli and Tomato. Topped with Panko Breadcrumbs & served w/a side salad.

BUFFALO CHICK'N FINGERS DINNER PLATE (Seitan Cutlet Special):
House-made Buffalo Seitan Chick'n Fingers served with vegan Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce and sides of fries and dressed field greens w/cherry tomatoes. All #vegan!
(Note: this will be an appetizer when it appears on our regular menu late this month, but it is a Dinner Entree this week.)

CHICK'N TERIYAKI (Seitan Cutlet Special): Our house-made Seitan Cutlet topped w/Teriyaki Sauce and served with sides of Jasmine Rice and Sautéed Baby Bok Choy. (#vegan)

CHICK'N BLT SUB (Blue Plate): Our house-made Seitan Chick'n, our Tempeh Bacon, fresh Lettuce & Tomato on a sub roll, drizzled w/Chipotle Mayo. Served w/fries and a house-made pickle. (vegan)

We could barely fit this whole sandwich in the photo!
The new Blue Plate Special is our version of a "Phat Sandwich"...which is actually a thing.
We're calling ours a "PHAT FINGERS SANDWICH": House-made Seitan Chick'n fingers, Tempeh Bacon Bits, French Fries, tomatoes, romaine & Sriracha mayo, all stuffed into a sub roll. And you get a delicious house-made Dill Pickle with that.
It is all #vegan.

CHIMICHURRI CUTLET: Our house-made Seitan "Chick'n" Cutlet topped with Chimichurri Sauce & served w/sides of roasted Brussels Sprouts and Sweet Potato Mash. (vegan)
