I am an avid reader, especially of non-fiction, but I must admit that I often feel so frustrated with those, including myself, who are reading for answers... yet seem afraid to put forth the knowledge they acquire that would help resolve the problem. Why do we look for answers but stop there? Why do we not then solve the problem?
Furthermore, why would we even be looking for answers that we already have? If you know that you are thirsty, drink some water. If you know that you need five minutes of complete silence before you start your day turn off your phone when you wake up.
Yet, here I am reading my 76th book on gratitude...
