I wish I would have read these reviews before my visit. Everyone is exactly right. HORRIBLE place for any type of service. I looked up the website before my official visit and thought "looks nice" however, isn't anything as it seems online! Poor condition location and facility. Went in for my nails and they LITERALLY chipped off on my way out the door! Seems really like an retirement home and just wasn't the best first impression. Walk away, walk away.

I purchased a Groupon for 25 fitness classes. I checked the website schedule for times of classes. I am unable to attend classes at 6:30 at night and I work weekends at another spa (we do not offer exerse). I went by the location and waited for about 10 minutes for someone to show up and talk to me. I was then informed that they do not have ANY morning classes because they can not get instuctors for 1 or 2 people. I did look around while I waited on someone to show up and was suprised to see that the exercise room is a fish bowl to the parking lot. As soon as I got home I contacted Groupon and requested a refund, which they did promptly. I will not purchase another Groupon for this company

I too bought the Groupon mani/pedi. Called for a week and no one answered so I stopped by on my way home to see if I could get a mani & they close at 5. (Except for yoga). They make no appts after 5 so I reluctantly scheduled one for Saturday. I live 30 mi from the salon but it's very close to my office so I thought I'd g on the way home. The day of the appt. I rcvd 3 calls rescheduling the appt. for 3 hrs later. When I got there she told me it would be 45 min that the nail tech did not come in. I walked out & got a refund on my Groupon. The lady behind the counter should quit or sell the business. VERY STRANGE and unprofessional. I hope people read these reviews before they purchase a Groupon.

Weird place, large but nothing there. The lady that did my mani/pedi was rather lathargic, scooted around on her rolling stool everywhere. Knocked some of my things over and either didn't care or notice. Very unprofessional. I also agree that lady at counter not suited for the position. This place offers way too many groupons me meaning they are starved for business???? Won't be back way too long a drive for me also.

The most unprofessionally run place I've ever been to. The first time I went in, I had a decent massage and I stupidly let the receptionist talk me into pre-paying for 2 more massages at a very good rate. Well, the reason it was such a good rate is because they must need business. The receptionist is far from adequate and somehow lost my paperwork every single time I went in there. I had to fill it out multiple times. Part of it isn't her fault, she doesn't even have a computer to book appointments on (this is 2014, what business doesn't have a computer?). But, come on, this is simple filing we're talking about. Every time I went in there it was something, a long wait, the receptionist forgetting to tell the therapist that they had a massage at the hour I was scheduled for, no therapist being there to do my massage, etc. Also, about every time I tried to call, I never got an answer. The receptionist hurts their business more than helping it, no doubt about it. I witnessed her asking a person coming out of a yoga class to go and get her a bagel from Starbucks while I was waiting one day. Totally unprofessional!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY, GO SOMEPLACE ELSE!!

I brought the GroupOn for Yoga & Zumba classes. The facility is not in the best condition. The woman at the front desk is way past retirement, she takes forever to do everything and has no concept of customer service. She will just stand at the desk ignoring you while she finishes whatever she is doing, AT least acknowledge the customer! The yoga class is just ok. The cons: 1) no door to the room so you hear all the conversations from the lobby. 2) the room has a glass front that is not tinted/no curtains so people walking by can just look in and watch you do your thing (butt in the air...) so that's uncomfortable and too bright. 3) The room is a really odd layout for yoga. 4) the teacher is kinda half-assed. Pros: It is very laid back which is nice, you dont feel pressured to be perfect. The Zumba class I only went to one so far, the teacher was 30 minutes late (hey accidents happen sometimes...) It seemed like it wasn't "real" Zumba, it was just dancing to music that she made up. I still had a good workout though. OH and in both classes the teacher brought their child and the children did not behave... I almost accidentally kicked him in the head during Zumba because he was running around us. TL;DR I wouldn't recommend it. I am just using up my GroupOn

Poor-Fair gives them too much credit. They should be flat out POOR. 2nd worst customer service I have received lately. The worst put me on hold for 10 minutes, Beauty and Beyond called me about my 5pm appointment at 4:49pm. Obviously, I was already on my way there. The lady got an attitude with me on the phone then put me on hold for 5 minutes. When she got back on the phone, she told me that she was talking to the nail technician and she had to leave. It's 4:55pm. I'm in the parking lot. I see the nail tech walking out (and it didn't look like she was in much of a hurry). I will never go to Beauty and Beyond again. The place isn't that great anyway. Definitely not worth the hassle or the $25 I spent on the groupon...but I would like my money back.

I had purchased the groupon for a mani&pedi at this spa. The staff was very unorganized and unprofessional. The lady who did my manicure was nice, but had no idea what she was doing. I was the only client in the nail section, and the workers were just talking to each other complaining about the other staff and their working awkward. It was so terrible that I literally made up an excuse to leave early before my pedicure...I will not be going back, such a bad experience.
