They were more startled than scared, besides it was an old Vet that did it. Considering what he went through, I think the fella deserved that moment of fun!

With no exaggeration, these people have saved my pet's life, and I will never be able to express my full gratitude to them. Long story short, my cat seemed to be in pain and wasn't able to go to the bathroom. We took him to our vet and they told us his urinary tract was blocked, and they needed to operate right away. Another 12 hours and his bladder probably would have burst or it would have poisoned him. They have us an estimate of almost $1500... We couldn't afford it and couldn't think of any way to come up with the money without applying for a sort of credit there that required monthly payments we couldn't afford (though they tried helping us as much as they could which we hugely appreciated). One of the receptionists called EVAH who originally told us they were competely full for surgeries and just couldn't do it. It was to the point everyone believed he'd have to be put down. Our vet's office called again to ask the price of their euthanization (ours was $143 + tax), they called EVAH but couldn't get a hold of them, left a voice mail and told us they were probably closing. We Googled it and saw they were open another hour, called ourselves and they asked if we were the ones at --- vet. We said yes, and they had talked to a surgeon who said they'd stay late to look at my cat. We rushed him over, and to sum this up, they quoted much less than at the other place, explained the risks and that he only had a 50/50 chance of making it, but for he price they quoted, it was worth giving him a fighting chance. They called that night saying he woke up from the anaesthetics which they weren't sure he would, then called the next morning saying he was bright eyed and made friends with another cat and that he was very personable, and they continued updating me until finally, two days later, he was ready to be picked up :) He had blocked again after flushing him out, but they watched him, cared for him, updated me every step of the way, and helped comfort US, walked us through everything, and were very helpful in regards to the price!! EVAH stepped up when they didn't have to. They helped us afford to have the operation. These people REALLY care about animals (not money like many places do), and do what they can to help pet owners care for their furry family. We will definitely come back here when we need anything. I have never experienced a veterinary clinic like this one, and owe them so much for saving my "baby-boy" :)

This is my first time going, and I cannot rave about it enough! It is a bit much to take in when you first enter due to all of the televisions surrounding you, but they have a trivia game you can play shown on some of the screens while you're waiting for your food and eating that is a blast! The staff were absolutely amazing. My family and I went spur of the moment, and my step-dad having a stroke was completely overwhelmed by the noise and screens everywhere. My fiance pulled the general manager aside and explained, asking if anything could be done. He ended up turning the base down of the biggest screen (a hockey game) and turned the volume down, making it SO much better for my step-dad... we weren't expecting it to be possible, but they did! The food was amazing, definitely worth what you pay. The boneless chicken wings I had were DELICIOUS, as were the mozza sticks and onion wings I ordered. It is definitely someplace we will return to over and over again! Couldn't have expected better :) (maybe with less televisions lol, but there was something for EVERYONE to do or watch at least - hockey, a rodeo, basketball, wrestling...!)
