Worst service possible. I got in line behind 3 other people and forty minutes later one of those three was yet to be waited on as was myself. There were three people working and they were far more interested in telling jokes, teasing and flirting with a couple of young ladies who weren't even purchasing anything than performing their intended function. This is the second time(out of two tries) that I have had freewheeling and slothful service from this location. The first time they also proved themselves to be inept and lacking knowledge of their own products. I wrote a review then too, but it has disappeared? Go to Edwardsville if you need a T-Mobile store in this area. The drive time will be far less than what you will wait inside this location.

Please read my honest review before paying too much attention to the other reviews here. Aguila Lodge is a Lodge on the Jacks Fork River in Eminence Missouri. This is an area frequented by nature lovers, college students, outdoorsman types, adventurous families, etc.. Therefore if you are seeking luxurious amenities, not only are you at the wrong motel/cabin but you are in the wrong part of the country. I have stayed at the Aguila Motel 3 times over the past four years and had a mostly positive experience with each visit. I've never saw a rat, mouse, roach or brown recluse in any of the rooms in which I have stayed. I returned today from three nights there and didn't see a single insect of any kind inside of my room. Obviously I can only speak for the rooms in which I have stayed and only on the days I have stayed there. You can research Brown Recluse Spiders and clearly see that they are rarely ever visible, hence the name "recluse." This sounds like a disgruntled former guest or associate trying to wreck the reputation of a good business in my opinion. How many reviews are you going to post? who is John Juenger and why would he take a strangers word for it? - before "skipping this place." The younger people staying here can be loud on some nights, which is my only major complaint. Again considering the location and who frequents the region you either get along or move along. I was often loud at their ages too and they are enjoying themselves in their own way. The motel is very basic accommodations, clean but only the necessities. My experience at the Steakhouse was their food was "okay," a true 5 on a scale of 1-10 but I've only dined there one time. I didn't see any rusty nails sticking up everywhere either, LOL. It is a country location so there could be an occasional exposed nail but these other reviews are way over the top. I spoke with the maid yesterday and she was exceptionally friendly to me, inquiring if I needed anything, if we were enjoying our stay, etc.. There is a good view of the Jacks Fork River from the rooms or cabins and you will see people floating past at all hours. The room is a typical size but bathroom is very small, at least in the motel. There is a tub, shower, sink, satellite television. Again I would not choose this location simply for the room but if you want a decent place to stay where you can be picked up by one of the many local kayak rentals, taken to your start point, float all day and returned to your motel or cabin then this place is ideal. We always enjoy the beauty and nature in this area, it is second to none for the Midwestern United States.

Terrible customer service, incompetent sales who either harrass you while you are reading product labels or ignore you at all cost. Then when you check out you will have to wait for the cashiers to finishing texting on their mobile devices before you are allowed near the register.
