Great BBQ in BKLYN. Ribs were very good and the brisket was amazing. Great bar with lots of cool choices and local beers. Recommended for dining or take-out.

Nice BBQ place in Williamsburg, with a very German flair and great meat. The drinks are quite expensive but at least they have all sort of sizes, from half glasses to pitchers

What is left to say? The food here is beyond excellent. An array of different meats, expertly prepared and carved to order (by weight). Add on top of that a solid beer and liquor selection, and you'll love this Williamsburg hot-spot. It can get very crowded, busy, and noisy, but trust me, it's worth it.

Ribs were great as was the pork belly. Beans were so so and the German potato was ok. Atmoshphere was great, the staff was pleasant and helpful. On the other hand I'm still looking for the board listing what bbq they have but I might have just missed it. Though certainly not clearly displayed. The worst part .......the price, Cheap it is not. Basically $40 for 2 ribs, 4 pieces of belly (small chicken finger size.) & 2 sides.(beans -side size cup & potatoes -ample size, French fries size like from Nathan's.). The meal was filling and bbq was excellent, sides need work but unless I have a serious hankering for bbq, i'll pass. It's cheaper to bribe my brother in law to fire up his smoker.

Amazing place for BBQ with an awesome bar too for bourbon and local beer. The bar handles are in the form of butcher knives. I like that the venue was a car garage --- adds a nice cozy feeling. Keep in mind that this place gets really packed during happy hour. I always love going back here.

Cool place, excellent food, well priced, nice choice of tap beer (original taps, by the way). There are great BBQ places in NYC, this one ranks #1 in my list, hands down. Brisket... A must!

I've been here twice now, not sure how I've missed writing a review. Let's start by saying Fetta Sau may be the greatest smelling room I've ever been in in my life. First, the drink. They have a well stocked whiskey bar, offering several different tasting trays (and the bartender will even customize one for you if you want to go down a different path). The beer selection is pretty decent as well. Served in mason jars which just seems right. Also available is Coke in a glass bottle, not a rare sight these days, but a nice one for sure. Next, the line. There is one. It will range from long to insanely long. Be prepared. Bring a drink or a friend you'll need them. Seating. Family style and kind of cramped. There's seating outside and at the bar as well. I'm a fan of personal space. You shouldn't expect much of it here. Food: I love the pulled pork and belly. The hot sausage links were good but not great, a bit pricey for what they were. The pickles are delicious. The brisket has been described to me as "the best I've ever had" by more than one person. I don't like red meat, but I tried an end piece and have to admit if all cow tasted like that I'd love cow. My perfect bite: Pulled pork on the potato roll with some of the belly doused in the Carolina style sauce with a touch of the mustard based sauce and some pickle. I've also taken home some of their bacon (both belly and jowl). It may seem expensive at $10/lb but it is damn good. Worth every cent.

Best baked beans in town. Pulled pork is 5 stars as well. The brisket is a little too fatty. WARNING: It is a nightmare dealing with seating on a packed night because people from back of line save seats and management does nothing about it. Update: I haven't been here 1 time where I have either hadn't had trouble getting a seat or saw someone else fighting over a seat. Management doesn't care.
