Who loves cookies? I do!
Welcome to Tasty Tuesday, an experimental new feature here at Schrodinger's Bookshelf. I figured that since, at the moment, I don't have anything exciting to report, I might as well share some of the stuff I love, in the hopes that it'll brighten your days. And while you may already know I love ...

Best burgers in Roanoke. Always hot, fresh, and juicy. The service is quick and the staff is friendly, and I'm never disappointed by the burgers or dogs. The only real problem is the size of the parking lot--it's small, on a hill, and can get crowded on a good night. But for those who want a good burger, this is a place worth checking out, as they have a very nice variety of basic and fancier items at reasonable prices.

Went there about 2 AM the other night, and used the drive-thru. After waiting a good 10 minutes, I pulled up to check my order while the long line behind me could get their food. I discovered that they'd gotten both fries and burger wrong. And of course they wouldn't even acknowledge me when I approached the lobby door to complain, and I didn't have time to wait in line all over again. I was not pleased.
