Do you think this is scary?
If you're using an Android phone that's less than three years old, it could be broadcasting the names of every Wi-Fi network you've connected to. A new investigation from the Electronic Frontier...

Do you think it was the right thing to do to file a suit on an employee for going to work for another company doing, presumably, exactly the same thing in their next job?  You may not like it, but according to California Labor Code, California is an at-will employment state. Under the at-will presumption, a California employer, absent an agreement or statutory or public policy exception to the contrary, may terminate an employee for any reason at any time.

Do you think Amazon's move was fair?
A former Amazon employee is seeing his day in court against e-commerce giant Amazon after the latter allegedly violated a non-compete clause for signing up for the same job with one of Amazon’s direct competitors.

I remember Songza.  Have you ever used it?  What do you think Google is going to do with it?  What value does it bring to Google that it doesn't already have through it's GooglePlayMusic venture?
Google has bought the US-based, human-curated music streaming service Songza for a reported $39m

Charter Cable. Plenty fast when it is, but usually get about 1/2 of the advertised speed.

Apple will now pay you less for your iPhone 5, should you decide to trade it in.
Users who want to trade in their iPhone 5 for credit towards a newer model will find less value for their legacy devices, as Apple has slashed the trade-in-value by $45. Once as high as $270 at Apple Stores, the iPhone 5 trade-in value is now listed at $225. This offer is available to U.S. and Canada Apple stores only.

While electronic devices are now allowed to stay powered up while on flight, it seems that few have changed their habits to this regard, often ignoring their cellphones while in the air.  Do you use your cellphone while in flight?
The percentage of airline passengers using smartphones and laptops has barely budged despite a new rule that allows them to stay powered up.

Jose, a server was very rude with me. His tone was that of someone who does not want to be there and was bothered that he had to serve guests. Totally gave me indigestion. Food was good and restaurant was clean. I will NEVER return, as a result of Jose's demeanor and Customer NO-Service.

I was actually quite surprised with the quality of food. They use Tyson chicken tenders and they're servings are Texas size

It was truly a charming little place. The bread is delicious and the hamburgers (more like buiscuit sandwiches). I would recommend it to anyone.

Great food. Not over-the-top, but adequate for a piano bar environment. The coffee was unimpressive. In fact it was cold. However, the tomato soup was perhaps one of the best I have ever had. The fried octopus entree was delightful. My server was very kind, unostentatious, and hospitable. She was very responsive to my requests. I will definitely return for some more tomato soup.

I really love this Kingdom Hall, it is very beautiful. The sound is great no matter where you sit, and the congregations are very loving. The elders are very approachable and always do their best to greet you after the meeting. There are several language groups in this Kingdom Hall including English, Spanish, and Hindi, not to mention other dialect groups....
