I have 4 children, (1 deceased 1/27/13), 11 grandchildren, and 2 great grand children...and never felt better

3 months to get repair - UNACCEPTABLE! My wheelchair is broke on the right side and non drivable. A call to repair was put on emergency status (5 days) including weekend. If I didn't have a backup chair I wouldn't be able to get to a bathroom or to get something to eat, but what's 5 days! Oh and it's a $20,000.00 chair. It took 3 months to get my chair fixed! From October 7 to January 13. No phone calls unless I initiated them, many mistakes done by the company, and because of this, I have to pay my full deductible because of the new year. UNACCEPTABLE!

I called 1 week prior for catering my daughters funeral. The food was delivered, set up, and we'll presented. The food was fresh and the sandwiches were stacked with plenty of meat on a fresh roll. Very impressed. They have gained a new customer!
