I often like to buy flowers but I don't think the floral staff is always helpful. One time I asked about flowers and did not get any satisfaction in the answers so I happened to be at the QFC in North Bend and their flower person was very helpful and I bought $100.00 worth of flowers there. My last encounter I found them helpful at first but when I picked up the flowers they were not friendly like the girls at Fred Meyer just across the street. I like the quality of the flowers but the girls who have helped me make me want to go elsewhere.

One of the cashiers was rude to me. Then to top it off when I held out my hand to receive my change he played my change on the counter. I had pissed him off and he let me know it. I had been over charged by a few dollars the week before and had called and was told to bring my receipt next time I was in. Which I did. First he told me I didn't have 10 items. But I did. Then he said they were the wrong ones. They weren't. They all had the buy 10 tag under them. He then rolled his eyes at me and said never mind and proceeded to try to figure out the difference, which I had already done at home. 5 min later he told me I had 2.28 coming back. Actually it was 2.85 but by then I was done. I will never stand in his line again

This grocery store is my favorite place to go for take out because the deli has a variety of healthy foods to choose from: plenty of different salads as well as entrees that go beyond the usual fried chicken and potatoes. The staff is friendly and helpful and willing to do things my way --- I have a specific way I like to package my groceries at the check stand and the checkers always patiently listen to and follow through on my requests.

Rarely, I pay a visit to this QFC I am frustrated by the length of time it takes to check out.Usually only one check out operating, sometimes two and nobody at all manning the customer service counter,.one of the two checkouts that is usually open is the less than 15 items. The checker at this check out always seems to be slower ,taking more than the 15 items and passing the time away with customers ,maybe to go slower and do less checking, than his colleague that might be at the second check out. Cross the road to Safeway and they understand the importance of customer service/////,numerous check outs open and a customer service desk always manned.
