EUROPEAN STAFF B.V. IS A MEMBER OF THE FOUNDATION DUTCH - RUSSIAN LIVESTOCK

On the 13th of December European Staff B.V. took part in the FDRL's members’ annual meeting together with official delegations from Mongolia, Saratov Region of Russia (headed by Alexander A. Grechikho, Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Investment Policy) and representatives of the Trade Representation of Russian Federation in the Kingdom of the Netherlands. 
 
At the beginning of the event all participants visited the milk farm where new technologies are used. On the base of this farm Holland scientists carry out researches with a purpose of increasing of national milk industry developmental quotient. The Saratov Region’s delegation showed great interest to the experience of Holland colleagues and they are ready to discuss the possibility of further bilateral cooperation.       
 

The Director of European Staff B.V., Anton Romanov, as a CEO of a new member of FDRL made company’s presentation which caught the interest of audience. As a result tentative agreements were completed with Lely RUS, Cowhouse and CRV BV.

Executives at European Staff B.V., have participated in The End of Year Reception 2013 organized by the Hague Mayor's Office, WestHolland Foreign Investment Agency, The Hague International Centre and International Community Platform. More than 300 guests had an opportunity to associate with each other in informal way to discuss plans for next year. On 13 December European Staff B.V. will be officially introduced as a new member of The Foundation Dutch - Russian Livestock (FDRL). The presentation will be a part of the FDRL's members’ annual meeting. The keynote speaker, Mr. Bruns, Director Agricultural Advice of ING Bank, will share his thoughts about the Russian agricultural market. Head of Recruitment /Recruitment Director  (Russia)

For our reliable partner - fast growing Global IT service provide we are looking for Senior Recruitment professional to lead their Recruitment Team in Russia. Position is located in Moscow or Saint Petersburg, reporting to Global VP (TA). 

Main responsibilities:
Building professional and trusted partnership with company’s Senior & Hiring Managers;
Leading, coordination, development, coaching and training of regional recruitment teams: 30+ specialists ;
Development of recruitment strategy for Russian market in accordance with overall company’s global strategy ;
Increasing recruitment productivity, efficiency of sourcing & onboarding strategies, achieving better KPIs and ration results;
Leadership recruitment for Russia & CIS ;
Development and implementation of new recruitment practices, tools, polices. 

Requirements:
5+ years of managerial experience in recruitment (internal/external) with overall HR experience from 8 years;
Previous experience in IT /Telecom or strong understanding of IT/Tech markets;
Experience of management of recruitment teams with 10+ members;
Excellent practical knowledge of modern recruitment tools: ATS, sourcing technics, incl: social medias, professional networks, etc.
Excellent presentational, communicational, organizational and leadership   skills;
Ability to multitask and work within tough deadlines;
Fluent English.
