Caja elemtary ?

Is it possible to modify caja to add an "elementary" module like the old one for nautilus ? Maybe, it could be great (http://www.webupd8.org/2011/03/install-nautilus-elementary-2322-in.html)

I really like nautilus with elementary modifications. I don't know if it is possible. It is just an idea !

What do you think about it ? Good or bad idea ?

Ambiant-MATE icons for battery

I made few modifications to the battery icons. In fact, I use a panel of 32 pixels. So, the battery icons don't look well (not center). The icons size isn't good : 32x24 instead of 24x24.

I modified a little the icons to make a 24x24 icons.
I delete few redundant icons and make simlinks.
I modified the battery_plugged icon to looks like the others (smaller and rotate).

If you wan't try :
- Download the file in http://dl.free.fr/bo2eyGS6o
- Extract the icons
- Copy the icons in the correct directory (sudo cp battery*.svg /usr/share/icons/Ambiant-MATE/status/24/)

Power Indicator !

Just a little "trick" to use the power indicator with MATE.
* Install the packages : sudo apt-get install indicator-power gnome-power-manager

(indicator-power for the power indicator in the systray ;
gnome-power-manager to show the battery stats when you click on an item)

* Enable upower (it doesn't start automatically with power indicator) : sudo systemctl enable upower.service

* Disable the autostart of MATE power manager in the Startup Applications Preferences

* Modify the indicator-power.desktop : sudo pluma /etc/xdg/autostart/indicator-power.desktop

[Desktop Entry]
Type=Application
Name=Indicator Power
Exec=/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/indicator-power/indicator-power-service
OnlyShowIn=Unity;GNOME;MATE;
NoDisplay=true
StartupNotify=false
Terminal=false
X-Ubuntu-Gettext-Domain=indicator-power

(I removed the AutostartCondition line and add MATE in the OnlyShowIn !)

Voila !

Ubuntu Mate Yakkety with indicator
Is it possible to have battery and session indicator in the mate panel ?

I have only bluetooth, wifi and sound indicator. The battery icon is showing but it is not an indicator.

Material design

Is it possible to have borderless keys (without line in keys) like the Google keyboard ?

First impression for 15.10 !

Everything seems to work. The mate desktop is the same as ubuntu 15.04 (mate 1.10 isn't ready).
I think there are some things to do :
- the screenshots don't use the correct theme (ambiant-MATE instead of yoyo-DARK) in the ubiquity slides and the default applications can change (rhymthbox for example).
- the login screen don't correspond to the default theme (and maybe an another default user icon would be great).
- maybe we can change the default wallpaper.
