Went to Pats a Philly Cheese Steak. Food was great & french fries were delish! Steak was well chopped and just enough cheese. Place was busy but got served nice and quick. Advice: There are two cheese steak places right across from one another. A local advised us to try both. So we each got one from Pats and the other from their competition & both great !

"Cheese whiz wit": Bread was great. Meat was great. I would have like more cheeze. The onions could have been fewer and cooked more. Overall, was great.

The cheese whiz sent it over the top. Yes, I was a tourist. Yes, there are better philly cheesesteaks at Chappy's in Montgomery. But this was the first time I had the steak with cheese wiz and it was good too me. I would go back.

My husband and I stopped in Philly for lunch on our way up to NYC. We choose Pat's because my husband already had Geno's on a business trip a couple of years ago, so he wanted to try Pat's. We waited in line and when it was our turn to order, the guy rushed our order (which i understand because the line was so long). We ordered steak, cheese, mushrooms, peppers, and NO onions. When we finally found a table to sit at, we sat down and started to eat. There were onions ALL OVER our sandwiches when we clearly said NO ONIONS, NO PEPPERS, which we asked for and there were so many mushrooms and barely any meat! Not to mention, when we bit into the sandwiches, grease shot everywhere and dripped from the sandwich the entire time! YUCK! We left disappointed but vowed to try Geno's next time. REVIEW NOT OVER! ... Later on while we were enjoy watching the TB Rays at their batting pratice before their game vs the Yankees, I suddenly felt sick! So sick that I had to run to the nearest bathroom and threw up! It was all the grease from the sandwich! so gross!!! needless to say, i will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!! I'LL TAKE MY CHANCES AT GENO'S!

Very expensive for what you get. $10 for a sandwich is pretty steep but worse is how tiny the $5 fries are. I dont eat much but the fries were a small coffee cup size for 5 wtf!! Guy who served us for drinks yelled "wat you waant" while he continued to clean his floor for 3 minutes leaving me waiting only to forgot the drink order... not that amazing tbh

The Journey is the Destination, Man. Pat's is the best thing you can imagine after that Harold and Kumar-esque adventure you and your buddys take venturing from Bel Air, MD to Philly, PA! Fantastic. A must-have WIZ-WIT
