. I love making local, fresh and simple home-made Indian fusion food (Indian food with a bit of multi-national twist here and there). I am also a big supporter of local seasonal eating and community farmer markets. Three years ago we switched sourcing all our produce and fruit from farmer's market and have been happily cooking seasonal since then.
Simple & quick recipes with local and seasonal produce not only help us enjoy nature's bounty without the preservatives and 100s of food miles, but we also help local farmer's ecosystem and sustainable growing along the way. And of-course as any Indian cook would tell you, a touch of spice does the magic!
