Worst place I've ever been to...I'd rather eat at the Sunoco across the street. The manager doesn't know how to waitress, she spilled a cup of hot water all over my lap and just said sorry and offered water/ice. I had to specifically ask her for burn cream since my jeans were burning my thighs. My $8 caesar salad consisted of romaine lettuce with around 5 shreds of cheese. The dressing was made from really old anchovies, so it had a super fishy taste and I sent it back. A pre-made salad from the grocery store would have been better and cheaper. My friends ordered fries and buffalo wings...greasiest, soggy fries and the wings look like they came from a chick instead of a full grown chicken. The manager, Nicole, was completely unprofessional and talking to her staff about how she couldn't believe I wanted burn cream, and how it couldn't have been that hot. They then charged me for the tea they spilled on my lap and for the salad I did not eat. This is the worst place ever, save yourself the horrible experience and just go somewhere else. I would give this place a 0 rating if it were possible...

London has been a go to spot for me for a few years when in that area, however it is always a very hit or miss experience. Basically, someone in you party will have something that is memorable and delicious while others will have something not worth eating... I have usually taken a small group there and we order lots of things treating it like a tasting menu Also, kind of frustrating because they change the menu so much that usually the delicious item you are willing to come back for is no longer offered. Service is always offered with a smile, however with my parties I have always found servers to be a bit forgetful and distant, and when mistakes were made, such as no crab in the crab mac and cheese {which by the way the basic mac and cheese had no flavor so wasn't worth it anyway}, barely an apology, was just like "oh" We have also had items forgotten all together. My last experience, I had an inedible crab cake served and calamari that smelled bad... Bottom line, the place is quaint, has the potential, however has turned into one of those places with a pretentious menu that they can't deliver with mediocre service I'm giving up on them

Great food, tiny portions. if you're hungry, prepare to spend some money on more than 1 entree. The food, however,is top notch, and the service is great.

This place i give 3 thumbs down...Had the worst food ever and the service was a nightmare. I do not recommend this place to anyone or anything. Also, please do not book with them for the Terror Behind The Walls package, cause you will be wasting your money.
