I've been a regular at 5 different Snap Fitness locations - 3 were Great. One was fine. This one is really bad. The club is dirty, the bathrooms are disgusting, there is always broke down equipment and there's no room to stretch. Even the air is stale and kind of smelly. The owner is tight with a few members, but doesn't talk to anyone else. If you ever need anything from him, don't expect a response. I worked for months to resolve billing issues and eventually had to involve Snap Fittness corporate. I am now happy being a member of a club much further away.

This Snap Fitness is a great place to get a solid work out. It's location is great, but it is really difficult to take a left out of the parking lot during rush hour. Overall the equipment is always clean and the staff on site are friendly. Great people - great place!

I absolutely love this gym. after trying out different gyms during my team in the twin cities from small gyms like this one to larger gyms this one has been the best. The gym is small but have all the equipment i need. plus I know that if there is something that I would like to add the owner will do his best to replace it. the personal trainers are knowledgable and enthusiastic. pros opened 24/7, small and positive atmosphere con -not staffed all the time (i have not had an issue with this but others may have)

I did a week trial and only went one time. this gym is the same price as other 24 hour gyms in the area, but way outdated. When I visited, it was summer, and inside was crowded and stinky and muggy. No place to stretch, really. No tv screens on the cardio equipment. The owner was nice, but that was the only positive. I would have to say the only worse experience I have had at a gym was at Bally's total fitness (who thankfully are no more)

The gym was well maintained and the equipment was nice. I was not super fond of the situation getting out of the parking lot, but that wasn't the gym's fault. Their trainers/owner were really nice and polite. I'd be careful of trying to quit your membership though. They had strict guidelines for dates of canceling and I ended up paying for another month of membership than I wanted to. I was a day late on their deadline and there was no wiggle room.

I can't comment on the facilities as I have only been there once (everything looked good), but I set up a new membership with them after having a terrible experience at a different Snap location. They were kind enough to answer my questions in a timely manner as well as be flexible with some of my preferences since I was very much on edge with how I had been treated as a customer at the previous location. Easy business transaction, not to mention they offer Groupons which is a huge plus.
