Their Mahi Mahi was great. A burst of flavors. Our waiter was very nice, he had a young trainee with him who I also think will make a great server. I told her the same thing. Prices are high but reasonable for a high end restaurant.

First time and I am a fan! I hosted dinner for a few friends from Texas so I made reservations at Roy's. Not knowing what to expect I ordered the miso butter fish. YUMM!!! I seriously crave for that every week! You can't lose with that dish. The service was GREAT! I highly recommend this place for fun dinner with friends and family!

Oh, what just happened? I haven´t been here in almost a year as we come here for our anniversary every year. Not too sure but now there is a new owner, Sunil Dharod. You will notice a new ownership sign as you walk in. Sunil is an Applebee Group operator in Texas and apparently, he bought all the Roys, except the ones in Hawaii. As a result, Blooming Brands that also owns Flemings, Outback....those gift cards are no good here anymore. Of course, I´ve bought tons of those and couldn´t use it on this trip. Yikes! Also, the happy hour menu change was something of a surprise for me. When I started coming here for HH, it used to be $5 for a drink. Now its $7. Their 1988 martini is my favorite here and it still is. Itś still decent price but what I didn´t expect from the new HH menu, is how they wrote down the Chocolate Souffle is $7, but you really do have to read it carefully because itś only $7 at the HH after 9pm, not the HH before 7PM. As a result, we had to pony up $12. Do note tho, the chocolate souffle is probably one of the best I´ve had but the change in menu and the deceptive pricing is not making me want to come back here anymore.

Food was good (not great but good) for a chain. Very expensive on the drinks! Since we had been to Roy's before in Hawaii we didn't have sticker shock. Very crowded but the location is great. Walk down to the beach or watch a volleyball match. Walk the pier or just people watch.

We made reservations for our anniversary dinner here because we had such a great experience the first time we had dinner here. They called to confirm and asked our first names. When we got to our table that had a little frame with Happy Anniversary Jay and Jennifer printed on the card inside, with some beautiful flowers on the table. When we opened the menus there were cards in there wishing us a happy Anniversary as well. The wait staff is kind, knowledgeable and near perfect. The food is amazing! And they are very accommodating to our toddler daughter. They brought out a beautiful plate with Happy 3rd Anniversary written in chocolate with a complimentary dessert and took out picture with it to go in the frame. Unfortunately the picture didn't come out and our server seemed genuinely sorry about it and offered to take another picture. It was such a great experience and I'd recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for impeccable food and service.

Consistently good food and service! Came here recently for happy hour after an outing at Angel stadium. We got a table in the bar area right away and our waiter came over and took our drink orders. Happy hour prices are incredible and well worth the price! We ordered empanadas, pork belly buns, and ebi roll to share. The food was delicious, service was very attentive, and the restaurant is very clean and well ran. Our waitress was super sweet, come often to check on us, made sure our needs are fulfilled immediately. Definitely coming back!

I just want to say first that exceeding out expectation is a true understatement!!! My girlfriend and I came here to celebrate our one year, and this was the perfect place. Our server was a top notch professional. He was curtious, helpful, and an amazing guy. He helped us save so much money as well as help with excellent food choices. So the food, where do I begin?? To start we went with the recommended ahi tuna for the lady and a amazing Thai sweet chili glazed calamari. That alone blew our minds. Then we got to the entrees and we understood why the portions are the way they are. The appetizers were so Hearty and big that by the time you got to the entrees we were 90% full. However my lady got the filet mignon with shrimp and I ordered the three fish platter which included the all to famous milk fish, salmon, and my new favorite dish the Panko mahi-mahi. Each bite was a touch of heaven and was so good. To finish they provided us each with a choice of desert and a complimentary one as to celebrate our anniversary. The deserts were a little different for us, the pineapple upside down cake was a new flavor but we were so full we couldn't finish, however it was a new and delicious treat, we also got a almond tart which was amazing and finally their famous chocolate soufflé. All serverd with a very unique vanilla ice cream which was really the cherry on top. All extremely delicious. The last part I want to talk about was the Service, upon arrival we have a frame with our names printed on it and a sweet message as well as the same message printed in both of our menus. On the desert platter they wrote happy anniversary Ramzi and letty in chocolate which was so nice of them. At the end of the night they took a picture of us which was framed and given to us as a gift, and if that wasn't enough they gave us a $20 gift card. The best part I saved for last, remember how I talked about saving so much money? Our server informed us about a Monday special that really did it for us. For our appetizer, entree, and desert was only $40 for each. My lady also ordered champagne and a glass of wine. So how much would this be at a regular restaurant? Maybe $200-$300? Not even close we ended up paying $100 before tip. We could not believe it and we didn't even feel right it was so cheap. So we made sure to leave a hefty tip for the outstanding service. After this treatment my lady and I look forward to celebrating every anniversary here at Roys, and specifically the Anaheim location. We want to thank our server and the staff for a truly perfect anniversary. We truly feel part of the O'hana. Thank you again
