Amazing food.Wonderful service. Food was amazing. Prices are well worth it. The food is just perfect. Did I mention the food is great? Worth every penny. Ambient is beautiful, calm, and could be perfect for a romantic evening, if you enjoy eating a lot of delicious food on a date.

I had moved to San Antonio from Corpus Christi for better job opportunities and as I had gotten done with an interview at a Logistics company I decided to check the place out and I was NOT dissapointed! I got there during lunch around 12:30 and the food was wonderful, scrumptious, divine and hearty. The black pepper candied bacon, charcuteríe and cheeses along with the caprese salad was amazing. The lamb is heavenly and tender (I am not a big lamb eater) the alcantra and fraldinha were tender too. The experience was first class. I will return someday

Overall good experience. Worst part was that they don't have the roasted pineapple. This is a huge fail and embarrassment. Also the picanha was tough. The servers were great. The environment was festive. Just fell short of the Fogo de Chão compared to Brazil.

My husband and I went there last night for our anniversary dinner. It was a great disappointment. We were dining with the restaurant week menu, which excluded a few cuts of meat from our dinner. We didn't realize that when we made the reservation but we just went along with it. Our waitress was very sweet and she gave us no issues. However, we had our cards on green for about 20 minutes and no one came to our table. This never happens at Chama Gaucha, which is my favorite Brazilian steakhouse. We finally had to ask our waitress what was going on because no one was coming to our table. We knew that certain cuts of meat were not available to us because of the restaurant week menu, but they weren't coming to us at all! She quickly apologized and went to let them know and all of a sudden they started coming to our table. Again, we have never had to do that at Chama Gaucha. They come to your table continously there, and you have to hurry up and turn it to red to get them to stop! The salad bar was also a disappointment. Needless to say, we will not be back and when we want to go to a Brazilian steakhouse it will always be Chama Gaucha hands down.

Great Brazilian steakhouse. One of the better ones. Must try lemonade. All of the meat was perfect. Upscale ambiance with great service. You get what you pay for and that saying works in their favor here.

The meats are perfectly juicy and tender. Don't be fooled by the salad bar; it offers salmon, soups, fruits and cheese as well. The ambiance definitely had me feeling worth a million dollars, so I encourage a dressy casual attire. The only downfall is that when we sat down, we were never asked what options we wanted (assuming that we were doing the meats after all), so not knowing the price range, we were paying a $50 early dinner per person.
