Best place ever I went with my husband and four kids ages 8, 6, 3, 2 and every one had a great time the kids got to play outside on the playground that was safe for all of them and clean the food was amazing and the people were so friendly and happy not only would I recommend this place to every one of all ages I will definitely be going back

horrible. $70 for 2 steampots. lobsters were boiled to texture of rubber. 2 SINGLE snow crab legs ($6 per lb. @ kroger's). 10 $hit shrimp. "cook" deserves a beat down. owners wouldn't be missed. 1 star b/c I had to for post.

Great food, but service is horrible. Takes 45 minutes to get food. Haven't wanted to go back. Ate there 2 times, happen both times.

the food was really good. I would appreciate it if the wait staff could pay better attention to their customers. My husband ordered king crab legs bucket with French fries and hush puppies. He got new potatoes. I ordered a surf and turf burger with ranch and cocktail sauce on the side. I got the burger with tarter sauce. My husbands drink didn't come after he was almost done with meal and we had to remind our server. the server took our payment and ran our card but put it in apron pocket and we had to ask for because we were forgotten. It was not a good experience at all.

We don't get out much anymore so we decided to treat ourselves to a night out at Joe's Crab Shack. Last time we went to Joe's was in Grapevine and the food and service was great. Completely different experience at Western Center . The food was not good at all and the service was the worst ever. Our food was brought to the table with no silverware and had to ask another server for it , ours was nowhere to be found. He never came around to check if everything was ok or if we need refills. Then he when he finally came back he cleared the table without asking if we were through and I wasn't. The only time we saw more of him was when he wanted the bill paid. Not ever going back.

I have eaten at this location in the past and had always received good service and excellent food. However, my husband and I had a late lunch at Joe's Crab Shack in Fort Worth the latter part of Dec 2012. We both ordered their signature crab steamed we have in the past. The server got our pots mixed up and we had to switch pots after taking a couple of bites and realizing the error. The crab was very water logged and mushy. The legs of the crab were very soft and wouldn't crack.....just bend. We had to cut the legs with a knife to get to the meat inside. We expected to pull big pieces of crab out.......but instead it was just mush. It seemed as though it sat in a pot of water all day and had become water wasn't fresh. The server arrived back to our table and we told her about the issues that we had with our crab. She then went to the back of the restaurant to find out what the problem was. She came back to our table and informed us that it was a "seasonal" item and that was why the quality of the crab was not up to par. She asked if we would like to speak with the manager. I couldn't see a point in having the manager come out to speak with us.....since she had just taken the time to go to the back of the restaurant to get the answer to our question. I thought the manager should have come to our table when he received the complaint.....instead of having the server relay a message.....very unprofessional. Later I sent an email to Joe's to find out why they promote a "seasonal" item year round.......and never received a response. I would expect that if a "seasonal" item is being sold.....that it wouldn't be sold "out of season". I never received an email from their corporate, I'm not sure what months are a "seasonal" months for crab. I will NEVER go back to Joe's. I was very disappointed to spend over $50.00 on 2 mushy steam pots......but even more upset that the manager didn't talk to us personally and that corporate didn't take the time to respond to my email. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!
