The restaurant was very dirty, especially the bathroom. When walking to the bathroom you can look into the kitchen and see how dirty it is. We were seated by the serving station and there was all kind of table service debris on the floor. Instead of picking up after themselves, the wait staff talked among themselves, busy with the chatter of the day and eating from a plate of food they shared at the serving station. The cooks and dishwasher whose garments were covered with food, came out from time to time to help themselves with beverages at the serving station while checking their phones. The benefit of being accross from the serving station was that if we needed anything, we would call our waiitress by name and she would come serve us. My prime rib, the special of the day. was over salted and my guest's salmon was over cooked and dry. After the table next to us left, I watched a waitress take a dishcloth tucked on a shelf and use it to 'wipe the table clean'. She then put the cloth back where she found it. It was never rinsed, washed or replaced after its use. If that dishcloth could talk! If you are looking for the college town atmosphere in a bar/ restaurant, but are not concerned about clean facilities or decent food; this will be you kind of place. PS: It would be helpful for your dining experience to know your waitress/ waiter's name.
