Transition Saturday, May 3rd
Saturday Morning we meet at McNair High School 9 am. We will be talking and practicing Transitions. Right down to getting out of your Wetsuit so bring all your stuff. (Swim, Bike, and Run Gear) The New Class will learn what Transition is. and the Veterans will be in the practice makes perfect mode. We will stop in between each set and discuss how Transitions can be done quicker.
If there is time we lock our stuff up in the pool area and go run on the Track.  Let's shoot for finishing at 12:30 Bring Snacks and Water!!.
(Reminder for everyone it's gettin Hot don't leave water bottles in your Car. They are not safe to drink after they get hot)
