It's a secret All You Can Eat sushi joint! Yay! As far as I know, "upper" Brooklyn doesn't have any of these, and I was quite happy to find out that this place exists. If not for the AYCE, this place is pretty average. But if you're a hungry person, and I know I am, it's just fine. They have pieces. They have rolls. They have hand rolls. The yellowtail was pretty good, the scallops were a little old. But like a lot of mid-level Japanese places, they get their fish from the same place. This isn't an indictment against Hana, but it's good to know what you're getting, before you get it. The service was pretty good. Waiter nice, food came out at a reasonable clip, water refilled when levels became low. Basically, it was exactly what I was looking for.

Delivery from here was very prompt. The rolls here were not my favorite - they were loosely done, which made them challenging to eat. The spicy soft shell crab though was very fresh and flavorful.

I love this place! The staff are so sweet and friendly. It appears nondescript as a cafe but the food is delicious and better that the more popular Geido on Flatbush. As for the previous roach statement below. This place is clean. Sad to say the reality is that this is a dirty city and sometimes things happen. I've always know Hana to be tidy and keep up on the place. Food establishments periodically have to spray sometimes. That's just the reality of city food places. I believe that was an isolated incident as I have been going for years.
