So accommodating for large (60 - 80) middle school group. PA system is difficult to hear/understand. Have a clear departure plan to review with students prior.

Kids need to be 48 inches tall to do any of the fun stuff, unfortunately. My daughter who is 5, can swim laps, yet because she is below an arbitrary height requirement, she cannot do the fun stuff here. Instead of a height requirement, there should be a swimming requirement. Anyway, I knew this going in, but our pool is closed for cleaning so I gave it a shot anyway. I went on a Friday around 2 pm. The place is so busy, it is hard to get into the wave pool without being pushed around constantly. So, I was forced to stand and watch my daughter play in the below 6 area until it was time to go. They have 4 family rooms and they are not reserved for families. So, individuals literally go in there and do not come out for half an hour, it is mind blowing. There was one other family besides myself and daughter. We went in and showered off, got dressed etc. and when we came out the same family was still waiting, and we waited for 10+ minutes for a room that a single man was occupying. I won't be going back and I couldn't recommend it to anyone else. The wave pool would be fun without the crowds, for kids (it is a very small wave pool), but when it is full of adults floating on tubes, running the kids over, no thanks.

The worst costumer service. Not only was it expensive as soon as we paid and got in the pool they had everyone get out of the pool for about 10mins. Most of all very disappointed in the staff with terrible service for the amount of money we paid they should have been acting like they love their jobs.

Suzanne~ I'm very sorry to hear about your experience. Please consider giving us a call at 503.794.8080 (press 0 when the message begins) and ask for the Supervisor or Manager. In regards to our rates, we make every effort to keep our rates below much of our competition. Presently, the Zoo, OMSI, movie theaters and all other water parks(Evergreen, Great Wolf & Sharc) are more expensive than our admissions. We also have discounted times that might be of interest to yourself, or family, plus various coupons are available in local advertisements. Again, give us a call and I can outline many options to assist your family with the expense to swim. Lastly, our 10 minute safety check /clearing of the pool is a federal recommendation from the Center of Disease Control (CDC) and the American Red Cross. This break has been found to be very helpful in some of the following ways; reducing individuals from going to the bathroom in the water, allowing staff to meet and discuss safety concerns about our patrons, collecting our inner tubes to allow individuals just arriving a chance to rent one (such as yourself) and of course to make sure no one has lost anything in the water (e.g. a locker key or goggles). Again, accept our apologizes regarding your experience and consider calling us for more information and the opportunity for us gain more understanding regarding your experience. Take care and have a wonderful day~ Jason K.

WORST place EVER. Incompetent young people with power trip issues. I was harassed the ENTIRE time which I ended up immediately leaving it was so bad. Front desk "customer service" is a joke. Are there no managers for these kids?! I will NEVER come here again and will NEVER recommend this HORRIBLE place.
