The water is freezing and only 18+ year olds can go in the hot tub, so kids are left to freeze.
Response from the owner - 3 weeks ago
Julia we are very sorry to hear of your experience. The hot tub is for 18 and over as a safety measure for the little ones and highly encouraged by the Oregon Health Authority (it is kept at 102 degrees). As for the other pools our kiddie pool is the next warmest at 88 degrees, wave pool 86 degrees, and lap/dive at 83 degrees. Please consider giving me a call to discuss further and see if we can make your next experience better! Jason 503.794.8080.

Our family loves this place! We just went from 12-4 today and no one was ready to leave even after 4hrs.

Our experience was OK with the exception of one thing! For this being a family place, I found it to be very disturbing when I noticed an older man wearing a thong speedo.. I would have thought someone would have said something to this guy, but apparently they didn't. A little girl behind me told her mom "I see his butt" I could tell she was also bothered by this. In a family place there really should be a standard for swim attire.

My family has been going here for years! The younger kids just signed up for swim lessons. They are loving it. The staff are all very friendly, smiling people. We are looking forward to more open swim opportunities this summer!

We love it. Swim classes a chance to swim and get away from the rain.
