Reno's only indoor shopping mall. Meadowood has some of the major retailers in town (JC Penney, Macy's), but the parking here - specifically the entrances/exits to the main roads - are atrocious.

Came to see Santa, called and were told he'd be open till 9. Got there at 545 and were told they closed at 6. We were still 15min before close but they turned us away. Kids were very disappointed.

For Reno, this is a really nice mall. There is a large selection, and it's kept pretty clean.

This mall needs better stores. I think security should enforce the amount of loitering that goes on at this mall. I tried to buy a gift for a male friend and was unable to find a good selection. The only option I had was Mens Macys and Eddie Bauer. Most of the stores are directed to tween & teenagers. They have a huge amount of shoe selections but you can never find a good pair most of the brands are repeated throughout each retail store. I feel this mall is in need of a huge upgrade!
