February and March 2017 were overloaded with work. Thanks to three outreach programmes. The report of these activities is prepared and blogged in public domain. How good it would be for RTI (Right to Information) activists if all reports are published in public domain! By the way, i have already answered one RTI query for these outreach programmes :) .
Anyways, the report has several findings of surveys done by group of students. I would like to mention three reports which are precisely drafted. They are drafted by Parth Bharatbhai Bhatt (on Teachers attitude towards technology in ELT); Poojaba Jadeja (on Reading habits of students) and Divya Choudhary (on Students approach towards English language). Other students also did good work on questionnaires but were not able to draft meaningful report after analyzing data.
We are indebted to so many people for their help in these three programmes. Joshi Ketan, Bhavdip Chavda, Nigam Dave, Harmik Vaishnav, Chaitanya Vyas, Nita Khurana, Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University, Hemant Patel, Harbhadrasinh I. Sarvaiya.
Special thanks to ICT committee of our Department (Chintavan Bhungani, Ravi Rajyaguru, Janak Maru, Pintu Solanki) for their help in all programmes.
Special mention of Sem 2 students Komal Tara, Megha Trivedi, Alpa Ponda who prepared play-cards / flashcards to teach simple English expressions and tirelessly engaged students of varied age group.
The report can be read here: http://dilipbarad.blogspot.in/2017/04/report-of-outreach-programme-feb-march.html
