The man who owns this "gem" is a real piece of work. I was there early in the morning to take care of two things at one time. First, I was picking up a friend who was doing her clinical trials in a clinic down the street from there. She is a nursing student. Secondly we were having some professors coming to visit our department and I WAS coming to talk to the proprietor... however when I parked, the owner, as he proclaimed himself to be, came up to me and started to talk to me as if I was some common piece of trash sleeping on their doorstoop. When I looked at him in amazement from the disgusting rudeness, he tried to talk to me as if I was an idiot. I wonder if he knew who he was talking to he would have changed his tone. Either way, he has lost the business of an establishment that would have brought him no less than an average of 120 customers a semester. Congratulations sir, you are now the winner of the nastiest, small-minded astounding idiot of a business owner for the entire south of Arizona. Maybe you should learn to TALK to people instead of treating potential customers like trash, especially when you have NO idea of who they are or what they do.

Exceptional Service & Attention to Detail This B&B has it all - from kind innkeepers that welcome you with a smile to a thoughtfully created breakfast menu that blew my socks off! I was extremely impressed with my overall stay here. The close proximity to great restaurants and entertainment venues was icing on the cake. I especially enjoyed the magnificent architecture and stories the innkeepers so kindly shared.

We had the best time in Tucson.. Especially at this bed and breakfast; the in Keepers are the most courteous helpful make you feel at home peeps. We're going back next year in May to celebrate our wedding anniversary. (btw... food is excellent)

The Royal Elizabeth is gorgeous and full of history. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The best part of it all though is the inn keepers. Glen & Susan make you feel like family. We had a great stay.

Marvelous, what a gem. We went to a show at the Theatre down the street and wanted to stay near the venue. The architecture is stunning, and the suites are large. The amenities are generous, and the location was perfect. Will definitely be returning!

Unbelievable. In town for a conference downtown, and came across this Inn online. 5-stars from the Innkeeper's service and breakfast to the fine details of the Inn itself. My new go-to downtown hotel.

Visited on New Years Eve so we'd be close to the downtown events without having to drive. The mansion was beautiful and elegant. The innkeeper was friendly, helpful, and had great tips for where to eat and what to do in Tucson. Breakfast was delicious and healthy, and provided a unique experience to sit and chat with the other guests. I hope to stay here again soon!
