We'll be including an awesome food pairing with two of our sakes at our Sake Day event on Friday! Hajime Sato of Mashiko Restaurant, just down the street from The Beer Junction, will prepare sushi made from cucumber marinated in our sake kasu. It will be paired with our Junmai sake. He will also be preparing Asian pears marinated in our Nigori sake. The pears are very local, grown in our back yard! They will be paired with our Nigori sake. Can't wait, it will be amazing! Hope to see you there! #sake https://www.facebook.com/events/1838376573114387/
