"Was very upset they didn't have an italian spices free menu !!!" To the gluten person, if you truly have an allergy and you are not being gluten free just to be liberal and politically correct, you don't want to eat food prepared in a non-gluten free kitchen. I use to own a bakery and we made gluten free but we had an entire different set of mixers, bowls, spoons and prep area set aside just for that. It was a challenge. The liability of selling gluten free is high, one spec of flour can cause an allergic reaction. You should not expect for everyone to cater to gluten because it is a high risk. I ate here once just recently and chicken ceaser salad was very good. Caesar dressing didn't taste bitter like canned.

We decided to give this place a try after researching online. I wasn't too thrilled about driving for just over an hour to try them but I'm so glad we did,it was definitely worth it and I will be returning! Great atmosphere, excellent food, our server was was very knowledgeable about the menu/ingredients and very attentive. We also met the Owner and he's very nice and friendly. I can't say enough great things about the place or the owner! Simply put - I just found my new favorite Italian restaurant and I look forward to that hour drive!

Very beautiful location. The food was very good. The restaurant and the bathrooms were clean. The service is very slow though. It took a long time for the food to come out. We ran out of water and wine with no refills. When we were done altogether, we sat with empty dishes and glasses for quite sometime. The employees didn't seem the most happy to be there.

This was my first time at this apparently highly rated restaurant. Well, I'm not sure which restaurant everyone is referring to but the service was lack luster at best. The server looking like she had been eating lemons. The all you can eat salad bar was not very abundant contrary to the menu. The soup I had was flavorless and when we asked for bread, we were given one small piece of bread and my tea was refilled with no ice!! Who does that?? Anyway I gave it one star because it was a nice day.

Did not know at all how to deal with someone who is gluten free. They offer 1-2 items and say they're gluten free but good luck tampering with those items at all. Our meal went from $17 to about $30 when we changed 1 thing. Very discourteous hostess and owner and server kept forgetting our table for water refills, etc. Way too much pesto on my pesto scallops also. Will definitely never go there again.

We have a Full Gluten Free menu?? Not a Gluten free kitchen. Are you the gluten free customer who ordered 3 baskets of bread?? Probably, as I remember you were a bit upset. Too funny.

Was slightly hesitant due to a few recent bad reviews, however, I know not every restaurant is perfect, and do have an off night on occasion, And some patrons can't be pleased no matter what you do (Welcome to dealing with the public!) Am I ever glad we have Pannulo's a try this evening! We sat on the patio and started with the Bruscetta, which was delicious! Ceasar Salad and the fresh bread were also wonderful, then the Chicken Parmesean was one of the best I have ever eaten! Portions were HUGE, also, I asked for a cup of coffee because I had a headache, and our waitress graciously brought it with no additional charge (which was very nice)! Pannulo's definitely ranks high on my list of Italian restaurants to eat in Winter Park!

Thanks for trying our restaurant. It's funny because after 23 years in business one thing I learned is most of the bad reviews, not al,l but most are as a result of us not honoring more " coupons" then a deal states,. People find it safe to come after you on a computer. We laugh it off. So glad you enjoyed Mike

The food was so so, the waiting was fine if with a little arrogance. Price was truly exvcessive considering what was on menu and the menu itself was limited. Had to ask about the bread that most Italian restaurant normally bring to table immediately upon clients sitting down. Decor was pleasant enough. Overall, I have been to better restaurants serving more tasty food.

Good afternoon Sorry to heat you were not happy. Not sure what issues you had but I am puzzled by the limited menu comment. We have over 150 items on our dinner menu and 75 for lunch. Can you tell me when you dined, what you ate and who was the server, We have huge portions and the lowest prices on Park Ave so the price being excessive is shocking. Our average check is 21 for dinner. Most restaurants charge half that for a single glass of wine on Park Ave. I challenge you to provide us with a menu with less expensive food?? Bread?? Ask and you shall receive pal. Why would we throw bread at you when it will cause you to not order an appetizer.?? We are actually in business to make money not give away bread to cheap people looking for a freebie. Yes we are in business to make money .. Shocking isn't it.

Really delicious. Had a Groupon. Going again because it was so good. A little pricey but worth every dollar. Wasn't really loud.
