The food was so so, the waiting was fine if with a little arrogance. Price was truly exvcessive considering what was on menu and the menu itself was limited. Had to ask about the bread that most Italian restaurant normally bring to table immediately upon clients sitting down. Decor was pleasant enough. Overall, I have been to better restaurants serving more tasty food.

Good afternoon Sorry to heat you were not happy. Not sure what issues you had but I am puzzled by the limited menu comment. We have over 150 items on our dinner menu and 75 for lunch. Can you tell me when you dined, what you ate and who was the server, We have huge portions and the lowest prices on Park Ave so the price being excessive is shocking. Our average check is 21 for dinner. Most restaurants charge half that for a single glass of wine on Park Ave. I challenge you to provide us with a menu with less expensive food?? Bread?? Ask and you shall receive pal. Why would we throw bread at you when it will cause you to not order an appetizer.?? We are actually in business to make money not give away bread to cheap people looking for a freebie. Yes we are in business to make money .. Shocking isn't it.

After my recent experience at Pannullo's, I was very surprised to see any negative reviews. Both my boyfriend and I enjoyed a perfectly cooked dinner accompanied by impeccable service and an inviting ambiance. Looking further into the few negative reviews I did come across, I couldn't help but notice one common denominator, many of the customers were dining with coupons. The prices at Pannullo's are more than reasonable especially considering the prestigious location on Park Avenue. I more than highly recommend this restaurant to anyone! Be sure to try their homemade cheesecakes!!!

Our server, Luis, was very kind, knowledgeable, professional, efficient and fast, not a single complaint about him. Wish all servers everywhere else were as good as him. He even sang enthusiastically "Happy Birthday" to me, in a very pleasant tenor voice, when he brought our desserts with a lit candle on top. That was one of the many highlights of our dinner evening.  The atmosphere is relaxing and alive at the same time, perfect balance. We chose to sit outside because the weather was not too humid and it was a beautiful evening. Very clean and organized restaurant. They seem to have a good and efficient system.  The food was much better than I expected. The lobster ravioli appetizer is extraordinarily good! (Ask for some fresh baked bread to eat with the lobster white sauce, you will be tempted to lick the plate! :) Even the fried calamari was much better quality and flavor than many other more expensive places I've been to. My partner had The Fruti di Mare pasta dish, which had enough sea food to satisfy a big eater like him, and the flavor was incredible. The sea food spicy soup was the best I've had (I don't remember the name). The desserts were great too. We ordered the chocolate corruption cake and the apple cheese cake (both made there). I ordered a NY strip steak and it was one of of the best I've tried. I would strongly recommend Pannullo's to anyone that wants to eat good quality Italian food at reasonable prices. Thank you again to Luis and to everyone that contributed to our unforgettably pleasant Bday dinner evening at Pannullo's.

First time going there the staff was friendly but I got served a dirty plate..disgusting. It pretty much ruined our appetite. The food was also terrible for the price. Ended up paying roughly $40 for dinner with a dirty plate and sub par cuisine. Definitely will not be going back there again

Really delicious. Had a Groupon. Going again because it was so good. A little pricey but worth every dollar. Wasn't really loud.

With a menu that covers all bases of italian cuisine, and an atmosphere that could never be duplicated, Pannullo's is always the choice for the family! The staff is attentive and friendly, and the dishes are vibrant and savory. If you are looking to have an incredible meal and a bottle of wine with those closest to you, Pannullo's is your go-to ! 5 stars for Park Ave's longest consecutively running restaurant, twenty-three years strong!

I've eaten here a handful of times and they never fail to disappoint, but the most recent time was surely the best experience I've had in a long time. I had the ravioli terrecina... perfect. Always perfectly cooked raviolis in a rich flavourful alfredo. My other half had the chicken coppertino, also blown away. I'm Italian, so I expect meals that taste home-cooked and this place really nails it. Authentic, superb service, brilliant atmosphere.

Had a fantastic experience here. Food was exceptional. Service was great. Place is kinda small, but you can sit outside. Menu was diverse, and food was good quality. The only complaint I would mention is, the waiter didn't give me more of that tasty marinara when he packed my calzone because I couldn't finish it.
