Good place to know. The kind of spot that you bring your friends to when they are visiting from out of town to show them a unique LA gem. This bar is tiny, so get there early if you want a place to sit, and bring cash. The drink menu is extensive, so you might be better if asking the bartenders for their recommendations.

Tiki ti rules. It's kind of small and crowded and they are open when hey feel like it, still an awesome spot. Best drinks I've ever had in my life.

An institution. The benchmark against which all other tropically-inclined establishments are measured. There's nowhere else on Earth like the Tiki Ti. Impossible to go and not have a great time.

Get the Uga Booga to get everyone in the bar chanting. And if you dare, order their riff on a Blood & Sand.

Tiki Bars are always fun and typically aren't too big, but this place is tiny! I can't imagine what it would be like during peak hours. Drinks are pricey and our bartender wasn't too chatty that night. If you want a performance you should get the Uga Booga for a fun long chant. Come here for the atmosphere, history, or if you are a Tiki Bar enthusiast. Also, be sure to have cash as they are CASH ONLY!

I love this place! Absolutely tiny but decorated superbly. It's unpretentious, kitsch and family run with a really nice 'knees up' atmosphere - lots of old boys / regulars returning and taking up residence on the bar stools surrounding the bar. It's the type of place where you can come alone, order pizza in, share a few slices and chat to the guy sitting next to you. The drinks are delicious and the bar tenders will take the time to tell you their favorites and what are in each of the drinks. One drink is probably enough - these bad boys are strong!

Well first off let me say I'm more of a beer than a cocktail drinker so I can't judge the quality of their drinks. It was really loud and crowded once we walked in, it had a nice look but we went over to the bar at the restaurant so we could have a conversation. I wouldn't come here again. The atmosphere was a little more formal than I'd like but it's just not my scene that's all.

My friend took me here on Saturday, and said that Kid Rock has been known to frequent this bar. I'm glad I went inside anyway! It was awesome! We had to stalk for a table to open up for about 15 minutes. Once we grabbed one, it was pure perfection! I was feeling pretty vacation-y, so I passed on my usual vodka tonics and ordered a frozen dirty monkey. Yum!! Food was great, too! If I lived here, I'd probably be at this place every night. Even the cover band was awesome!
