Used to be my favorite restaurant, but this location has really gone down hill. Portions tiny, and are getting cheap with the extras like olive oil. My chicken was also undercooked. Just ate at the location in Albany, NY and didn't get this experience. Maybe just this location has gone down.

I had a party of 9. We waited an 1 and 1/2 to be seated because over the phone they said no reservations. When me and my party arrived, they said we had to wait because other people reserved the tables ahead of us. Finally get seated. No waiter. 20 minutes before we get anyone to take our drink orders. 20 minutes later, a tray of waters arrive. They were placed at the end of the table. I had to pass them out. Ten minutes later, we give food orders. 10 after that bread, which I also dish out. I pour olive oil for 2 of our tables as well. 30 minutes later, we start the food rollout. Food was great. I enjoyed it. My cousin needed more alfredo sauce for her pasta. It takes 45 minutes. "Check, please!" Guess what, 30 minutes to get the bill. Our waitress, Dana, had a bad attitude the entire time. She also made me do the bulk of her job. She would walk pass our table and not even check to see if we needed anything. I had to give up my water for someone else who needed some. When it came time to tip, my wife told me not to give her anything. I gave her $3 on a $60 bill. She took it, showed the other waiters, did a little fake happy dance, then rolled her eyes. All within sight of everyone at the table. In closing, the food was good. Atmosphere was nice. We just got the worst possible waitress we could have had that day. We wanted to speak to a manager, but no one wanted to wait an extra 30 minutes for him/her to make it to our table.

We recently took a trip to Carrabbas on a Thursday night. The atmosphere was awesome and we had zero wait time. Our waiter's name was James and he was AWESOME. We would definitely recommend asking for him when you go in. He was very attentive to all of our needs and we never had to ask for more to drink or more bread. He was very personable and helped make our experience even better. The food was cooked perfectly and out of our party of five, there were no complaints! This visit made us lifetime fans of Carrabbas and we will definitely be back soon!

My 2 children took me to Carrabba's for Mother's Day. I have always stated that I would return to a restaurant that had fair food but good service before I would go back to a place that had great food and poor service. Last night Carrabba's was very crowded. My daughter ordered a pasta dish with shrimp. The shrimp were still raw. Next my son found a hair in his pasta...and it certainly was NOT his. However, our waitress, Micha, and a lady from corporate, Becca Jansen, made everything ok. I had already thought that I would never go back. But Micha and Becca made me change my mind. There was obviously a problem and it was handled quickly and efficiently and with a big smile on both of their faces. So I will definitely go back. by the way, my dinner was delicious! Thank you so much Micha and Becca.
