Went in last night, FIRST AND LAST TIME. walked in first stood off to the side so we didn't block the door, she looked right at me, and there was not anyone else waiting to be seated until we walked in, and other families came in behind us the hostess ignored us standing there and sat 2 other families. I walked up to the counter and pointed out that we were waiting. She sat us and then our waitress was not friendly at all. At tge end brought out check out and i gave my credit card when she brought it back to me she was sure to circle the tip area. It was not circled until i was to sign it and write tge amount of the tip. Like who does that? !?! Worse 60 dollars i have ever spent. I have a large family of 6 and we will not be going back there. Treated us like some kind of trash! Definitely ruined our family night out!

Would not go back or recommend. The set up is like a cafeteria, on a Friday night you have to yell to be able to hear the person sitting right next to you as you are packed liked sardines in a tiny restaurant. There were a total of 5 booths and the rest were tiny tables with uncomfortable wood chairs. I called ahead, which was pointless because I was quoted the same time as everyone else who just walked right in. The service was awful, my drink was empty the majority of the night and I saw my waiter every 15 minutes. The food took FOREVER and tasted like it had been sitting out as long as I had waited for it. For the money you pay it is NOT worth it.

Highly over priced and over rated. We went in on a Friday night and I ordered the Crab cakes and a Salad. I'm allergic to Shrimp and I made sure that the server knew this. She verified that the crab cakes did not have any shrimp. I walked out and started having that wonderful feeling on an allergic reaction starting. While the crab cakes did not any Shrimp in it either the sauce that was on it or the salad dressing did. Otherwise the food was ok. I loved their old menu. The new one sucks. It looks like it's designed to minimize the food and increase profits without providing a better experience.

Very disappointed with one of our favorite restaurants. Ever since the renovation, the food has slipped in quality and the servers have slipped in personality. Second time for being disappointed, last time to eat there.

I haven't been to Carrabba's in several years, but but have always enjoyed the food and atmosphere. My family came in from out of town and i thought it would be a great place to go. WRONG! While we we waiting to be seated, i went to the bar to get drinks for the family. I needed 6 drinks. The bartender could handle 2 drink orders at time. Not a problem until I got to the last drink. I told him it was odd, but simple. I wanted a long island tea, just switch the sweet and sour with cranberry. He assumed I wanted it made with sprite instead of coke and promptly made it for me. I returned the drink to have him add coke, and the drink was tolerable. His comment was that he wondered whether I still wanted coke, but he didn't bother to ask. We were seated by a less than enthusiastic waitress. We ordered mussels as an appetizer. Four of the six people in our party had bad mussels and declined to eat more. We informed the waitress, and she removed the uneaten mussels.Luckily, we had the entrees to look forward to...and they looked delicious when they arrived. The food was cold. The scallops in the shrimp and scallop pasta entree were not edible. They were hard and tasteless. While the waitress did remove the shrimp and scallop entrees from our bill, I still wasted $150 dollars on a very disappointing meal. It was an embarrassment that I suggested your restaurant, when there were many others to choose from that certainly would have been better.

This is the worst carrabbas on the eastern seaboard. We have tried it three times even with a free meal and the service sucked then to and the food was not carrabbas quality. I will stick driving to Chattanooga where I get consistently great food and service!
