A truly one of a kind experience in Denver. Great location. Great vibe and decor inside the restaurant. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. The variety is something to look forward to. Must have reservation. It gets real busy.

Came here to celebrate my academic accomplishment. Another reason to be there for dinner instead of other vegan restaurant was because they only open for dinner. I'm not sure why Yelp labels them as vegan, vegetarian, and American restaurant, because it certainly is just a vegan friendly restaurant. Only few dishes on the menu were vegan or can be made. But, one good thing about this restaurant is they have plenty of GF option. The staff (sorry I forgot to ask his name) who serves at the bar area was cool! He was very honest about their food and very attentive. There is another person specifically pouring water for us. (Thumbs up) We got what we can have from the menu. The baby beets salad was so tasty. Simple but flavorful. It comes with two types of beets, arugula, beet pesto sauce, minced garlic, with balsamic vinegar dressing. Perfect combination! The main entree was tofu korma. I have to say tho, it's a bit too pricey charging $24 for a tofu dish. But it does taste really good. It comes with roasted cauliflower, three slices of tofu, black wild rice?!, with red curry sauce. Great taste! Vegan chocolate ice cream was fantastic! Love everything in the restaurant! Highly recommend :)

this place was really overhyped. the food is okay, although drenched in sauce. the service leaves a lot to be desired -- we were seated 15 minutes after our 9pm reservation even though there were empty tables (I realize they were 4-tops, but is it that much more work to wipe down a 4-person table at the end of the night? they weren't in different sections!). the waiter was inattentive and literally kept on looking over at other tables while I was trying to give him my order, then spent a good 10 minutes cleaning glasses at the end of our meal when we had already asked for the check and continued to make eye contact with him periodically. all in all, a really subpar dining experience.

Great food!!! Definitely a little more expensive... like the fancy place youd go for dinner, but i think it's worth it. I love this risotto they have there. Creamy amazingness.

Unbelievably diverse selection of exquisite American plates with added sustainable flair. Knowledgable staff who recommended the scallops and the lamb sliders which were amazing! Worth the price.

Food was alright, not terrible but not what I thought it would be for the price. Service was great! Checked on us a lot, management made a lot of table touches as well. Desserts were great! Just a little too pricey for me personally. Nice patio. Place is small and does get packed so reso is recommended. They hold your table for 20 mins after your reso time, even if you do call to tell them you're running a little late.

Great food... LOVE breakfast. Low key but upscale... it's a food oxymoron, but if it works don't change it. Great farm to table seasonal menus. Make a reservation but if you don't have one it is for sure worth the wait!

Awesome place with a great weekend brunch and fantastic bottomless mimosas. A must stop if you're in Denver.
