I came into my office this morning to find this note on my desk from one of my customers

“Customer called to congratulate XXXXXXX limited on their service regime. She said from the minute she rang the service desk until the engineer left her house (just a few minutes ago) we could not have been more helpful. She wanted to particularly comment on how efficient and courteous the service desk staff and the engineer were and she will be an XXXXXXXXX customer for many years to come”

Now that’s the Boomerang Effect, making sure your customers come back time and time again by giving them exceptional customer service.
